King I can't give you specifics but the Churchie 12-13 channel was found wanting on numerous occasions V GT in round one - they gave the GT 15 and 12 way to much room to move and badly exposed their wingers - I must say I put it down to a poor defensive pattern rather than blown assignments...

So GO where are we at here, am I right in suggesting you consider BBC to be a considerably better team than GT in 13a's?? We both agree BSHS and IGS are miles ahead, my pick is BSHS to beat IGS in a close one (around 19-12). I also think GT will run third with losses to the above mentioned...

As I have always said anything less than 50 will be a moral victory, everyone else knows they are fighting for third THIS year.

Not on this day!! Now GT just needs to 'survive' the onslaught at IGS and it will be clear sailing to the BBC showdown - the question remains will BBC be able to account for ACGS and GT back to back following a date with BSHS.

If TSS are serious contenders they should be expecting to put 30-40 on GT on the weekend IMO.

100% agree no students name has been used and we have hardly even spoken about a specific position or individual all I have seen here is people refer to some new players that may or may strengthen a particular team - the quality of those teams and how much we enjoy watching them play. Believe...

The 14's at GT have one new boy - playing 13 not 12, but have made a few positional changes with a couple of B players from last year moving up - although they did play some games in A's last year. They are a much improved side form last year. So the bet is on?? 12.5 points start Shall we...

Don't forget I was addressing why the lack of banter on the forums, not the credentials of the teams or players - in a nutshell I don't think the names and personalities are as big as last year that plus the gun shy nature of some of our more active contributing supporter bases means less...

    QLD GPS Rugby 2015

Seems a little light given the ‘confidence’ everyone out Toowong way has in the team but more than we'll need - 12.5 to cover a draw!! How about a profile pic bet – if BBC win by more than 12.5 you supply the image and I’ll put it on my profile for the rest of the season – if they win by less...

Only one new boy in the 15's The 14's will be a lot closer than 7 tries 2 - what points start you giving??

    QLD GPS Rugby 2015

Here is my take on the why the forums are little quite this season Firstly I think it must be said that across the board the talent is not what it was last year and the teams are not as strong at the top. The Churchie fans are still hungover from last season and had accepted by Christmas...

The Green Black and White guys are all gun shy after last year and without their bold predictions and player ratings there is little banter left sadly. BAG

No idea on the Met stuff don't really follow it - anyone know where we can get team lists for the carnival???

Fair enough your 'Rugby Maths' makes sense, I was relying more on the fact that the three best second their teams are GT, ACGS and BBC , with GT accounting for Churchie they have a slight advantage. Third place 'should' be decided by the BBC v GT game, but BBC had better be on their game for...

Yep I think there are two competitions in the 13's - who wins between IGS and BSHS and the battle for the 3rd. GT has in the inside running now IMO having beaten ACGS. But BBC have some claims. Maybe an additional prize if anyone can keep both IGS and BSHS to under 50.

Churchies forwards played very well against GT 2 weeks back, actually played all over GT and Churchie had the better of possession throughout the match - just could not make ground on or contain GT's backs (centres) - still did a much better job than BGS managed on the weekend Was a very bleak...

Pretty ordinary game out at Northgate today, GT was very scrappy, had a very bad day with the hands and were without their first choice 2,9,10,12 and 15. Were deserved winners though and should have put on another 10-20 points. 13 A's definite winners to nil I would have guessed 5 triers but...

Anyone know what is wrong with Olliver Clarke at GT and when he is due back, I expect he would be the first choice front rower at the school, is that still the case?
