There's a silver lining to the cloud. Hanson's departure will pave way for Andrew Ready. I've followed Ready through the schoolboy ranks. He has enormous potential and would love to see that potential being unlocked with more game time at Super level.

For mine, Korczyk was really impressive. He's incredibly mobile, elusive and a real work horse in defence. I'd be happy to start him next week, if CB is out.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but the Reds one-off forward runners attack the outside shoulder of the defence, effectively running an 'overs' line. They're obviously trained to do this but I don't see the point in doing so. If you look back to 2010-2011, the forwards ran 'unders'...
