I think a very strong arguement could be made that Beale and Giteau brought the best out of Foley. And are you forgetting How good the Cooper/To'omua combo was, or how good Anthony Fainga'a looked outside Quade despite his huge limitations. You really are pretty far off the mark on that one.

You can ignore the stats all you want and i agree they dont paint the full picture but they do provide us with an objective basis to start from. And i think some stats do paint a full picture. Mumms involvement stats paint a very clear picture of someone who has a small work rate. His advantage...

New Zealand v Wallabies, Eden Park, Sat 22nd October

I havent seen anything all year that comes close to that. Phipps' service has been very erratic and even with Genia, Foley wasnt playing flat and his decision making is little more then deciding whether to run himself or just distribute. He is statistically so far behind cooper when it comes to...

I doubt any selections would change the outcome, but that isnt a reasonable justification for picking out of form players When theres better alternatives

Well considering Quade is a better defender statistically i dont think so. When Quade defended in the front line back in 2013 he was fine. I definitely think everyone needs to be defending in their own channel.

Slipper has performed well for us in like 70 tests. If Cheika is dropping him because of form but retaining Foley, Mumm, Kepu and Sio then it doesnt make sense. And i dont know why Foleys combination with Phipps is enough to dislodge Quade when the Phipps Foley combination has been poor all...

Slips just hasnt been given an opportunity. They had a great analysis piece earlier this year on the roar which demonstrated how good he has been off the bench for us this year, then one average performance against the boks and hes out of the 23. Very unfair for him but when hes such a good...

Pumas vs Wallabies - Sunday 9th October @ Twickenham

Slipper is a good starting option because hes a great prop and Sio didnt have a great game at the scrum or around the park. Slipper was average last week but i dont see what Sio brings right now that Slipper doesnt. i love both of them and i dont care who starts out of Sio and Slipper as long as...

Hodge fits the bill of a 2nd 5/8. hes played plenty of footy at 10 and 12 already.

Cooper definitely was too lateral today, i think with more game time this year and with more confidence that will change. and we dont know what his goalkicking is like at present because he hasnt had the opportunity to kick. but based of of his career we wont lose much in that department.

Well Coleman is definitely locked in. i didnt think Arnold was particularly good tonight so i can see the Merry-go-round continuing

Pumas vs Wallabies - Sunday 9th October @ Twickenham

i think its more that 12 is unresolved. Cooper did a lot more good then bad tonight and was much more involved then Foley was. i would love to see a backline of: 9. Genia 10. Cooper 11. Naivalu 12. Kerevi 13. Hodge 14. Folau 15. Haylett-Petty

Pumas vs Wallabies - Sunday 9th October @ Twickenham

Yeah he admittedly did have a pretty good game. I thought Genia, Cooper, Kerevi, Haylet-Petty, Hooper, Timaniand Coleman all had good games. The front row struggled a bit and the refereeing killed the spectacle

Of course Dean Mumm wins it for us.

Pumas vs Wallabies - Sunday 9th October @ Twickenham

I think he tackles around the chest to try and win the collision and stop the offload. Your'e right though Quade has been carded and penalised for high tackles too many times for his tackling style to not be addressed
