Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

I was pretty happy with LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto), I had no issue with him getting the yellow card either, it was not a blatant or deliberate attempt to shoulder a player in the head and was just a football play a few inches off its target. I did have a big issue with him throwing a player to the ground...

Why would you expect us to be good enough to beat them, we are a long way back on the world rankings.

    Rugby News from unexpected places

I am sure someone could write a hit piece on how Carter convinced Gordon to switch.

Ikitau is very good, but unless he is going to play outside centre from the fly half position how will he be any different to Flook, the ball is not getting to him. Ikitau will get in when fit but Flook is no slouch and has not done anything wrong, he has been good with what little opportunity...

Yet another reason Brisbane 2032 should have a 80,000 seat stadium so we can host world cups and be ready for a big population in the future.

Melbourne Rebels Players - where are they going?

I agree with that, apart from picking players from around the world, I am open to picking players from any Super Rugby team but not from foreign competitions. I know it will weaken us but I still would prefer to watch local players.

    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

It was definitely used in some Super Rugby games. It was in use for a Reds v Chiefs game where McKenzie just stood still waiting for the clock to run down before kicking a goal. I recall posting in the referee decision thread about it being time wasting, I cannot recall if it was a normal...

Melbourne Rebels Players - where are they going?

I hope most of them go to the Force, I really think that RA need to ensure that the Force are a success. NSW will eventually come good due to their clubland. I worry the Force will not get success without lots of money and buying in good players developed elsewhere.

    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

I am sure our broadcasts were meant to have the shot clock for this season, for some reason it was not possible last season. I wish Stan would add it to our games too

You would think that other companies would also see the value in coming on board before the next few years.

    Wallabies v Wales, 6 July

I think he had some that I would not describe as a completed tackle, but just like his attitude he never gave up and held on to their feet long enough for help to arrive.

Who gets credited with the crowd at a double header? Do the men and women get credited with a 36k crowd?

I love Flook because he is NOT an "X" factor player, he is reliable and you know what you will get from him. As a coach you also have the benefit of not having to adjust your defensive system because you know an "X" factor player is going to let your team down defensively every game trying to...

I think the strapping on Flook's shoulder would be more than the 6kg difference

I sometimes wonder if the Reds games are not available interstate. Flook has been awesome and others seem to think Liam Wright is an average club player.
