I would have started him there if Mitchell was fit When it comes to kick receipt management a back 3 of AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper), Mitchell & DHP with Folau floating back ...................

I really am just trying understand the thinking. He may not be inundated with Wobs caps, but he is known to be that "leader" type who captained his side in europe & the Tahs & his club. Also when you hear his interviews he actually sounds like he knows what is going on. Personally I...

It might simply come down to Mumm being that old/level headed/forward leader

McCalman is a very good unit, he does a load of the hard on ball work. He would be rated much, much higher if he didn't play in Perth

Never seen the point in moving too many players for every change, just carry an outside back and an inside back, simples

You don't want two inside backs on the bench

Yeah, I don't think we can have Skelton as a lock option with our expected back row. His upside this year hasn't been enough to justify his weaknesses

    Waratahs 2017

If he hasn't signed for the ponies, he must be at least thinking about jumping, no Lilo and no To'omua means playing outside a very newbie 10. With Larkham's safety first track record he may never see the ball

competent doesn't mean test standard lineout jumper

    Not a test lineout option

But who do you play for Timani to replace? Best guess is both Pock & Hooper play 80, so there is 4, 5 & 6 Fardy replaces McMahon, that limits our lineout to two jumpers Coleman replaces a lock Then Timani (or Skelton) replaces the other lock? Then we are down to one lineout option...

Not sure, give the saders to Graham and I am sure he could drive them well into mediocrity Blackadder's teams at least attempt to play decent rugby

Bourke wouldn't be sure what a line out is, except for it being the starting point for a backline move

    Brumbies 2017

We get to disagree there and Foley has always been able to use a long pass. The Tahs philosophy has grown to favor through the hands with fewer cut outs What baffles me about Larkham is that he played in some of the most structured attacking rugby sides ever and I don't see any attacking...

Really? none of the 10s at the Brumbies have shown evidence of that under Larkham so far

I think they may be doing some pretty serious fitness work at the moment, but line speed is one thing, decision making and technique are the key. When to rush and being effective

    Waratahs 2017

Ta'avao played a bit of LHP as well I expect up to start with Ryan & Kepu, and finishing with Ta'avao & Robinson. It actually gives us the great ability to cycle them and manage their game time

I think Cheika wants units that can do that "Potgeiter" type heavy angry workrate role. All aggressive cleanouts; and hard tackling and running. That ain't Holloway
