    Ideas for Australian Rugby Union

Brad Hunt moved into Brisbane premier rugby from playing for the Darwin Mozzies. Chris Ratai also. I don't know where he is these days but he was playing for Wests.

    Reds 2011

With neither the Broncos or Lions making the finals this year, it would be great if the Reds could come out of the blocks hard next year and take full advantage of us starting earlier in the year. Good chance to snatch some interest from our rivals. TOCC that is a bloody well presented report.

    Reds 2011

HSBC. The Tahs tried to steal Jets so I think we should go for their major sponsor. :lmao: Does Virgin still sponsor the Reds?

Thoughts on the Wallabies 2010 Tri Nations performance.

This year has been a big improvement. We talked alot about now having depth at the end of the Super 14 before the test season but now we have sorted the men from the boys and have a much better perspective of what our depth is. For me, this season was a case of what ifs. Our biggest success...

    John Eales Medal

My money is on Slipper or Saia Fainga'a for rookie of the year. Beale has played a good half a tri nations and am not sure it will be enough. Slipper and Fainga'a have had a baptisim of fire somewhat this year, Slipper has held his own and weather you like it or not is irrelivent, Saia Fainga'a...

Rookie of the year is going to be the interesting one.

Rugby Union State of Origin - Hypothetical

Would his school boy rugby count or would it be the first senior club he played for. The club option is far better and gives more exposure to the clubs as to who has arisen from thier ranks.

    Sun Herald/Rugbyheaven TriNations team

Sadly no. Mils most certainly over Beale. I mean that in no disrespect but Mils was the best 15. Pocock, Quade and AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) would all get bench positions but all had an opposite better than them this year.

We do. We play for the Templeton cup.

    Wallabies v All Blacks Sydney

If it had of been done legally, it would be most likeley that Reid takes the ball off the back and heads for the line, Rocky would of been the tackler on reid but Richie would of been right behind him and the drive would of been on and mostlikely from that distance they were going to get ofer...

    Sun Herald/Rugbyheaven TriNations team

No way for Woodcock. He is totally overated. I would select Ben Franks over him any day of the week. SteenKamp was by far the best loosehead in the tri nations. He took his game to a new level. Take the All Black pack but with Steenkamp over Woodcock and Juan Smith over Kaino (Kaino is a...

    Wallabies v All Blacks Sydney

I don't know Paarl. We get another crack at them in Hong Kong and we are showing signs of moving up. Bokke need to turn it around and start heading in the other dierction. With an aged side I can see some pain of development years comming their way soon like what we have been through.

    Wallabies v All Blacks Sydney

Working off of Austins theory, Barnes should of replaced Gits after the first England test as Barnes played well in what was one of our most coherent backline performances this year. I am not anti Gits but the bloke is like teflon, nothing sticks.

NZ Provincial Rugby - ITM Cup

Flicking between the ITM cup and the French top 14, give me the ITM cup any day of the week. It has been bloody great to watch.

Which players have enhanced or harmed their reputation this season?

Some like them and some don't but add the Fainga'a twins to the list of those on the up. Be honest, how many of us at the beginning of the year were ready to throw them on the shit heap? The rise of both of them is a credit to the sheer guts and hard work they have put in this year. Not...

    Ideas for Australian Rugby Union

That is a big problem in Brisbane that needs to be looked at. The comp is finished and the QLD based Wallabies do not have competition to return to. Brisbane comp should run to finish the same week as the shute shield.
