ISA Division 1 comp does not start for another 2 weeks. Next week ISA schools will play another round of trials against GPS schools. Since CAS started their double round comp therefore their season starts earlier, literally all the GPS trial games are now against ISA schools.

The vibes from Oakhill appeared to be they are more interested to see how their junior teams stack up against Joeys. In previous years, Oakhill shared the fixture with Stannies, so Oakhill A's would play Joey's B's , Oakhill B's vs Joeys D's etc. This year it will be A's vs A's, B's vs B's etc...

Have to agree with "No9" - benchmarking last year's Oakhill 16As results is probably pointless because their 1st XV this year has only one player from last year's 16s. But have to agree Pats got good backs this year -- been a good batch coming thru since they were in the 14s.

Isn't it great to hear Pat's came so close to Trinity ? The Auggies & Oakhill wins so far is probably expected but maybe they are not going to have it all their own way. Kinross is the other dark horse. They had a good trip to Canberra beating Daramallan1stXV & Canberra Grammar 1stXV. Next week...
