    Bokke Tri Nation Squad/Camp

Was he not referring to the round robin matches? Right out of the Growden / Pandaram omnibus of fact checking if he wasn't.

    Bokke Tri Nation Squad/Camp

Lots of people will ask. Nobody will answer. SARU are contractually obligated to send their best team for the 3N but I don't see SANZAR suddenly contracting doctors to run tests on the "injured" players. I think the Wallabies and AB's are likely to rotate some players. Have to. The calendar...

    Bokke Tri Nation Squad/Camp

Yes this seems to be a bit of a stink. Why PdV doesn't just say they are being rested is beyond me. Another PR disaster. So looking at the list, these are genuinely injured players who would not tour regardless and are genuinely injured: Duane Vermeulen (knee), Schalk Burger (thumb), Frans...

    Bokke Tri Nation Squad/Camp

According to Keo and Superrugby.co.za the following players are injured and will not play in the first two games of the 3N: http://www.keo.co.za/2011/07/06/injury-sweeps-through-bok-camp/ Injured players unavailable for selection for the away leg of the Tri-Nations are: Duane Vermeulen (knee)...

    Brumbies 2012

Definitely. I have seen two of his games on tele this season and was wondering why this guy doesn't have a Super contract. Grafter. Don't rate Hand or Chapman at all.

    Bokke Tri Nation Squad/Camp

Can't say until we see who stays but on the whole it's not a bad idea as there are a lot of fringe players who need to be tested and there are a lot of guys who have been carrying injury. There are a bunch of combination that need time together. yaaaar.

    Bokke Tri Nation Squad/Camp

That's all fair and well and fantastic news as long as none of the Stormers coaches start coaching attack. The Bok attack was bad enough last year.

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

Samo appears to not be a major lineout target for the Reds. Why?

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

No prop touches Crockett for work rate. And he can scrum too. Daley would be a great international prop if he could figure out how to scrum. (Not fishing, he may never play tests again).

    Currie Cup 2012

Paarl are you up for a thread that discusses 2012 Super Rugby squads. We can start it off with "Why the Stormers will never win the Super 15 with Rassie and Co in charge" :) No seriously, I'd be keen to get an idea what the squads may look like. I'll start it with the Bulls.

Alberts played through injury towards the end of the season.

2011 S15 Semi Stormers vs Saders @ Newlands

This is one of your all time gems Paarl. So you want him to play only defense because that is mostly what thew Cape backs seem to do these days. Go look at the stats Paarl and tell me which of the Bulls and Stormers have scored the most tries over the last few years. He has a better...

James O'Connor 2011 Super Rugby campaign

Well done, but you forgot to show him on his phone, tweeting. Hence a very incomplete account of his year :)

2011 S15 Semi Stormers vs Saders @ Newlands

Can you blame him? He has a better chance of a start up North. You lot stick him on the wood. He would have played 13 for the Bulls in a wink.

2011 S15 Semi Stormers vs Saders @ Newlands

The best attack all year was with Aplon at 15. Sadie on the wing. Juan de Jongh at 12. Yet they insist on conservative selections. The coaches need to shoulder the blame and at most Unions would be very lucky to keep their jobs. For all the talk of Erasmus being the Messiah of Cape rugby as...

2011 S15 Semi Stormers vs Saders @ Newlands

Sadly seems like the Stormers choked once again. The selection of Jantjes at the back and de Jongh on the bench cost them. Canlt help but think they would have been more potent with Duvenhage at 9. The Stormers halves never played together. Koster at 8 was in the end just not up to it. The...

    Semifinal 1: Reds V Blues

Which is exactly why Munro would be playing. Brett and McCalister have kicked like crap and Munro has been good. Makes sense in a knockout game. Need those kicks to land. Anyhoo, Blues to burgle the game with a last minute score. You read it here first. :)

Kezakkerly. I think the Crusaders are going to win anyway. As much as it pains me. They're too fookin good.
