    Wallabies 22 - Week 1 Super Rugby

Kepu at LHP, surely not. The other LHP that played well that is not mentioned above is Greg Holmes. Alexander was also better than Kepu.

Reds v. Force Players of the Match

REDS 3/ Horwill 2/ Simmons 1/ Hynes (he was the only bloke on the park that O'Connor did not have his way with) FORCE 3/ McCalman 2/ JOC (James O'Connor) 1/ Shephered

    2011 Rnd 1 Reds v Force

I look forward to the battle beween Fat Cat and Slipper. We may very well start Holmes. You have the advantage at hooker but TPN could be our friend at lineout time as I presume we will line up the talls again. Your class front row was pretty much the work of our coach. All I mean by that...

    Rugby Club 2011

Not really. Visions of Tom Carter (Tahminator with a head band) and Tah Man had me laughing at the concept.

That Tahminator thing almost made me sick. Horan was a good addition.

    2011 Rnd 1 Reds v Force

900kg is a big pack considering we don't have a particually large front row. In the first half I dare say yes. We will unleash our backs only from close range and use our set piece to dictate the pace of the game by using a territorial kicking game. The plan will bwe to just plain and...

    Reds 2011

Physical little bastard. He had a top game agaist the Brumbies.

    Reds 2011

I'm not surey they will play this one with a lot of width until the second half. I would expect them to play tight in the first half. Well I hope so because I see width playing into the hands of that Force back row. I hope to see a more methodical grinding down of the Force pack then unleash...

Good luck overthrowing our captain Sir Rocky.

    Rebels vs. Waratahs - 2011R01

I thought about that but you will actually drop some weight when Robinson replaces Kepu. I am interested to see how they carry that extra weight during the game. Only time will tell I guess.

    Reds 2011

I would not read too much into it. The other option of a big pacey blindside in Samo was not an option this week. Look on the bright side as it is allowing Simmons to develop his game as a THL and that is a positive for the Wallabies depth.

Capacity Crowd Tipped For Rebels Opener

I do think the one team in each code is a big advantage for Brisbane but the variety in codes is impressive.

    Rebels vs. Waratahs - 2011R01

PACK WEIGHTS Tahs - 912 kg Rebels - 896 kg That is a big tahs pack.

    Local Derbies / Hatefests

The package is forgeting a few items Daz. It needs a banjo and a stash of Flo's pumkin scones. It seems the Reds are leaving a path of destruction in their wake. First they go to Cairns and a cyclone follows then they go to Darwin and now we are betting battered by a cyclone. Umm, Sydney...

Capacity Crowd Tipped For Rebels Opener

I think Brisbane may have taken that title. Strong following for the three footy codes and a soccer team that is wiping their competition off the park. All within a smaller population. Forget AFL, they are in a league of their own. I hope the Rebels can use the earlier start to their...

Capacity Crowd Tipped For Rebels Opener

Lets just hope they get vocal and get behind their boys.

    Strong looking team.

A case of Rugby Union elitism in Victoria?

Rugby needs to get rid of the boys club mentality. It is just another proffessional code in the market place. Schools rugby has an important place in the game but we need to build up junior club rugby to spread the game. Is the cost of junior fees competitive with the competition? These are...

    Reds 2011

Ha ha, I love this shit. Is it because Barnes left QLD or that he went to NSW? Personally I found the Moore defection a harder pill to swallow. It is all water under the bridge now.

Pun intended or are you looking for a hug Brumby Jack? :D
