QC (Quade Cooper) cited for knee on McCaw

Great. So players can't freely start kneeing each other in the head. Righto. Can we add eye gouging just for variety? Kneeing on its own would get boring as fuck real quick.

QC (Quade Cooper) cited for knee on McCaw

Didn't see the choke so can't comment. My point again. Why did the Wallabies not raise it with the citing commissioner? But you can't argue that Quade's act should somehow be negated by foul play elsewhere like some sort of tit for tat system. I get the feeling that some people in this...

QC (Quade Cooper) cited for knee on McCaw

Lucky-ish. But he is still a twunt. I wonder if it would have been a different result had it not happened so close to the Cup?

QC (Quade Cooper) cited for knee on McCaw

Welcome Matt. I lay 5:1 you won't make ten posts.

QC (Quade Cooper) cited for knee on McCaw

Kev did this, Ali did that, Richie did that. That has no bearing on the judiciary process. They don't sit there going "oh well there were lots of other cheap shots in the game so let's overlook this." Knee to the head. End of story. If the Wallabies took exception to Kev punching Elsom...

QC (Quade Cooper) cited for knee on McCaw

With the lucky dip process used in the judiciary in the past this could go anything between 0 and 6 weeks. I wonder if Quade's consistent going at McCaw will play on the officials' minds. By that time Quade had already had a go at McCaw twice during stoppages. I think that may be his undoing.

What to do with JOC (James O'Connor)?

Well if Cooper gets cited for the knee to a player lying on the ground, you may well have to.

    Tri Nations Game 6 - Wallabies vs All Blacks - Saturday 27 August 2011 - 3N2011

Congratulations Wobs fans. What a game. Observations: 1. Vickerman is a fucking warrior. Pack sings a different song with him wrecking it. 2. How can you drop someone for JOC (James O'Connor) now? Oops. 3. Other than the offside line at the ruck, I can see why Barnes is considered the best ref in the world...

Who do the neutrals (non Wallaby/All Black supporters) want to see winning?

Note: One cannot troll one's own thread.

    Springbok World Cup Squad

Muller ahead of Mostert kind of makes sense as Mostert doesn't jump at 5. Rossouw is listed as lock and back row cover from wht I read elsewhere. Louw makes sense. Ashley did not impress in the chances he was given. The Louw selection shows a bit of sanity - out and out openside cover -...

Tri Nations Game 5 - Springboks vs All Blacks

Translation for the odd one or two here who don't understand our mother tongue: They are back in their box. Until next year anyway.

Tri Nations Game 5 - Springboks vs All Blacks

Schalk has taken a lot of lineout ball for the Stormers and SA. No he is not a primary target but a pretty handy one. Not worried about that. Spies took most of the ball last night. At the Stomers, Schalk has been playing alongside Francois Louw who is an out and out openside. Worked for them.

    Sonny Bill praying to someone

Not canary yellow, not orange, but gold.

    Sonny Bill praying to someone

I very much doubt you would even have thought of posting this had his mate been Fergus McFadden, a devout catholic, and SBW had crossed himself and said three Hail Marys.

Tri Nations Game 5 - Springboks vs All Blacks

Schalk Burger will be pretty hand coming into the side. They simply have to start him. Brussow/Burger/Spies it is for me.
