    Brumbies vs Highlanders - 2011R08

Rest Palmer for the Clan Game. What genius come up with that one?

Do Barbarians players get paid in cash?

Well that is very holier than though. I have absolutely no qualms in making that assesment.

Do Barbarians players get paid in cash?

There lies the problem as a good joke lies in the eye of the beholder. Personally I thought his joke was rubbish but it is not my place to make that assesment on behalf of others.

Do Barbarians players get paid in cash?

I tend to agree with this. Money is a very personal thing and it is rude to speculate on other peoples finances. I'm not a wowser by no means but some issues do need to be approached in good taste.

Do Barbarians players get paid in cash?

Will they be on the next episode of border security?

    Lions v Reds - 2011R07

Shit Paarl. Not the kiss of death.

    Reds 2011

Nice pics. I think Will and Quade are making butterflies in the shadow of the grandstand.

    Ashley-Cooper will be a Waratah

I don't know about that. Last year they gave us the evil eye when my brother and I started cheering and making some noise for the Reds. They looked like they had seen a ghost.

    Brumbies vs Waratahs - 2011R06

I tend to agree with you as Kepu was not in mind when I posted but the shoe does fit. He has had a good year.

    Lions v Reds - 2011R07

I wouldn't be suprised if Link rests Slipper this week and Daley next week before returning home for the Bulls. This Lions game will be played at an incredible pace by both sides me thinks.

Take Captaincy off Elsom: Tim Horan (Foxsports article)

If selected on the merits of form he should be captain but in no way do I want the captaincy to be a free ticket for a player not up to standard. All the names mentioned are capable of being a good Wallaby captain.

    Beale at 10

You would of found the Quade Cooper stratagy. I'm not being a smart arse in saying that, I think it could realy work for the Tahs. Start Turner at 15 and have him defend in the line on defence. Beale is a shit load more confident than last time he played ten so I think he will shine this time.

The scrum collapse problem according to Link

Link should get a nobel piece prize for that article. Cheers for posting it Lee.

    Reds 2011

I agree. I find Horwill's abrasiveness and Sharpe's organisation a very good balance and on that basis I would dismiss Simmons on the same basis as I dismissed Douglas. Simmons is probably not ready to inherit the organizational role but 2012 could be his time. He has developed to play both...

    Palu

I don't mind Palu but what I can't work out wether all the man love is for his weight or his abilities. The best number 8 by far is Keran Reid and he is not a particually heavy man but by jingo he is impressive in how he uses what he has. This whole bigger is better concept really is a load of...

    Reds 2011

Might be a bit over the top but boy the bloke has promise. Sharpe is playing fantastic but what could be a problem for him is if we see a Horwill Simmons locking partnership for the rest of the year and the Wallaby selectors opting to keep the partnersip intact. Regardless of that, I am...

    Brumbies vs Waratahs - 2011R06

We could probably argue this down provincial lines till the cows come home but I think Slipper has the wood on Palmer. Slipper has proven to be an 80 minute player, has a higher work rate around the park and has faced off against the best in the world over the last twelve months and has yet to...

    Reds 2011

I was holding out for a draw. Nearly happened. 2011 Reds are the real deal, they were only a little slow starting.
