Not at all. It's not a punishment,it's just despite their & their clubs best efforts, they did not meet the minimum requirements. Won't happen again, if this is the attitude of the organisers.

Sydney 16's might be considered NSW 2's. But Sydney 17's is considered NSW 5ths at best. Can't see it changing, given the dominance of School Rugby in the later years. I doubt the Sydney 17's could beat many Of the more competitive School teams.

It's the Mungo way of life, they have to have an enemy. Look at the recent Farrar imbroglio He thought he was at war with the coach, when he realised he wasn't. He went to war with the CEO. No doubt that will get sorted and he will find another feud to fill in the void in his life.

I thought it was ok for the hosting clubs to charge a little extra for the public during the semi's. But charging players $10 to get in,is a bit shit. A players card should get you in to any SS game all year, including finals. Seems that everyone was doing it.

Yeah,Crawford was much better in 2013, than Pakalani in 2012. But 2014 Crawford is slightly better than your mum.

Crawford? I saw him play a few Next Gen games, and a handful of SS games. He wouldn't make the Rays run on side on form this year.

I would have Pakalani over Hodge all day every day.

I reckon the obsession with reducing the error count since the Beasts is a major factor in their defeat today. By picking guys that don't create anything,it only reduces your scoring capacity. They still make errors that result in tries to the opposition. IMO Blake would pick Sutton or Hola over...

He played some Blue Gen games before the SS started, so if he missed early SS games you would assume injury of some sort.

Sorry, didn't mean to infer Gordon have stacked their team. I was attempting to demonstrate that stacking is not an issue this year. Gordon 2's have been strong all year

Eastwood, manly and Uni are still alive in every grade. The Rats are alive in 3's & 4's,but both their 1'& 2's were knocked out last week,so no stacking there. That leaves only Gordon in 2's that could possibly have stacked their team.

I just don't understand how it can be a good thing to be the franchise with the highest number of supporters being critical of their efforts thus far.

How can it possibly be a bad thing? He will be supplementary to the squad,he will not be taking anyone's spot. Plenty of upside, with no downside. Perfect.

Read the thread,he is already on record as having been one of the staff members. So that sort of wrecks your point doesn't it?
