I agree. Cheers for that as I was starting to forget what Cliffy looked like on the field. ;)

    Australian Super Rugby Performances 2011

The Force are a bloody intense team that played with some odd tactics which made them predictable. Smarter tactics and they will be killing it next year. The Brumbies may not rank high next year but that they have recruited a fantastic coach and showed a willingness too break the mould and...

Tahs vs Brumbies. Give us a hand mate? 2011R18

Sorry, I should of mentioned it before but congratulations to the Tahs for the enterprising way they played last night. They look far more coherant when they play that way. They shouldn't change the way they played last night for the Blues.

Slipper is a big loss but Holmes will cover what he offers well. That raises the question of the bench prop. Shepherdson has far from impressed me from what I have seen this year. How has Albert Anea been going?

Giday Sanchez. Can I ask a favour and ask that you put your team colours up so I can put your comments into context. One half of my mind says you trolling and the other half thinks you are just putting the Gill love back into perspective. Welcome to the forum. EDIT - Should have read...

Gill was great in this game. Comparisons to McCaw and Gill, blah blah blah. Gill will be Liam Gill and is pointless to compare him to players which have far more experience than him. Crongratulations to fellow Reds fans. :yay Exciting times for us indeed. Congratulations to those who...

Tahs vs Brumbies. Give us a hand mate? 2011R18

Nothing personal but you are trying to watch a game and TPN goes down every 5 minutes is bloody frustrating. All you want is the game to flow at a decent pace and it constantly gets stopped by the same plahyer going down. It happens nearly every game.

The Elsom Saga - Clubs withdrawing offers is all the rage...

I hope he stays right the hell away from the Reds. What we have works well for us. Exactly the same reanon I didn't care that the Reds did not get JOC (James O'Connor).

    The JOC (James O'Connor) Saga

My respect for Kurtley Beale has just grown even more. The dignity in how he handled the process is just outstanding in comparison too JOC (James O'Connor) and Quade's saga last year. Well done young man. Make no mistake about it, man is the key word here.

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

That's what I like about Sharpe. The job needed doing so he did it. He and Horwill will offer a good combination and stiffin our tighter game. Last year we had trouble finding Sharpe a partner, this year the right player is available. Bring it on.

    Waratahs v. Brumbies 2011R18

Replace O'Connor with Vickerman and that is a bloody mean forward pack.

    The JOC (James O'Connor) Saga

The Force played some good rugby without him in the last few weeks. The club looks too have a fair idea of what they are trying to achieve, are settled off the field and look to have a great culture. JOC (James O'Connor) is not going too change that so onwards and upwards withouit him. 12 months ago the Force...

    Playing at Homebush - why?

I thought the Tahs vs Reds game was a dream marketing opportunity. League hadn't started and you had the angle of a QLD vs NSW rivaley too sell it. How hard did they work on promoting it. Given the way the Tahs trounced us, it could of had some positive promotional effects for the rest of the...

    Reds 2011

If he is playing up here, he is not even going to go close to being remotely conditioned enough to play super rugby.

    Queensland Reds V Chiefs 2011R18

My bias leans the other way but I think saying a seasoned super rugby player is not going to challenge a 19 up and comer is a little bit unwise. Until gets more experience, every opponant is going to have the edge. That is all part of learning.

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

I think our tight five is options are looking very healthy.

I am not sure he is Daz. I don't agree but there was a time when Sharpe was out of favour in the Deans Wallaby era. Sharpe has come back a far better player after that.

    Why is Tom Carter unpickable?

Good on him for being motivated by Eddie's coments but he still has work to do on his speed and skill. All players have their challenges but these are Tom's.

    Queensland Reds V Chiefs 2011R18

You never know with the Chiefs. Them being our opposition this week is kind of a stroke of good luck. I think our forwards are more than up too the challenge of this one. We just need to grind this one out up front and be on the ball for 80 minutes or else we will be punished. Under pressure...
