RWC 2015 Semi Final 1 - NZ vs RSA Twickenham

Experience is a funny thing. Some players mature much younger and are just capable of handling the pressure. Poey and Hooper as prime example. So Kriel and De Allende are coming in as unknowns. Going to make an interesting match either way.

RWC 2015 Semi Final 2 - Australia v Argentina Twickenham, Monday 19 October, 2:45 AEDT

Scotland was probably a step back but I think the pack has done very well all tournament. I have confidence they will do exactly that next game. Especially if Poey is back. I have more confidence in the forwards then the backs at this stage.

Seriously? I'm a Brumbies supporter and all of a sudden I'm a QLD fan boy because you can't handle someone criticising your precious Foley. What ever happened to play to the ball not the man? Really pathetic attitude mate. The last 4 games I have never once supported the inclusion of Cooper...

The point is he needs to step up next game or we won't win. Simple as that.

it was a soft yellow, his general play was good, He had a hand in 4 of the 5 tries. Foley barely touched to ball in all 5 tries against Scotland. Scored 28 points England - Nice - this was a surprise to everybody Scored 15 points against Wales - So he kicked a couple goals and this is a big...

RWC 2015 Semi Final 2 - Australia v Argentina Twickenham, Monday 19 October, 2:45 AEDT

Now I am no way supporting Cooper to be included, but far out that is a ridiculous post. 1. It was barely 30 metres out, a bit past the 22 metre line, slightly to the right. Every international kicker is expected to kick those 9 times out of 10. It was an easy kick. A shit load of pressure...

RWC 2015 Semi Final 1 - NZ vs RSA Twickenham

I think your over-rating them. Nonu has had some quiet games in the pool stages and SBW was pushing hard a spot. Although I agree he is world class. His Rugby Championship form was superb. Carter and Smith, whilst experienced are no-where near where they use to be. They certainly don't scare...

No Rugby Championship team lost to a Northern Hemisphere team. That's pretty neat. Argentina only lost to NZ. SA to Japan.

All Blacks without a doubt clear favourites but Springboks will win. You wait and see!

That's funny because it's probably the same message Argentina are sending themselves.

Our defence is fine, refer to the Wales game. I'd much prefer Mitchell who has a boot and a knack at finding the try line.

I only watched the first half and I saw an Argentina scrum that completely dominated the French? Did that not continue? I always thought they had one of the best scrums in the world.

RWC QF 4 AUS v SCO (Twickenham) 19th Oct 0200 AEDT

Yeah makes sense not to sub in the dying stage of the game given the score line. But I guess I expected him on early on the second half. Especially given we seemed to be scoring tries at ease out wide. Cooper is fantastic at the wide ball game. I can see why it's still risky, but then why put...

Gill would be pretty handy about now, the best player over the ball in Aus after Poey.

RWC QF 4 AUS v SCO (Twickenham) 19th Oct 0200 AEDT

It seems strange that Cooper wasn't injected for Foley, given Foley's bad night. What the hell was the plan for him then? If he was only injury cover then we would have been better served with Speight or Tomane as outside back cover. If Cheika didn't have faith in Cooper to replace a poor...

RWC QF 4 AUS v SCO (Twickenham) 19th Oct 0200 AEDT

If he performs like that again we are screwed. But to be fair that is unlikely in my opinion. I'm sure he will step up next game. But my biggest concern is goal-kicking. That very well could be a barrier for us.

RWC QF 4 AUS v SCO (Twickenham) 19th Oct 0200 AEDT

Actually the All Blacks were the first. Don't you remember Donald in the final? And as bad as Foley was I believe he can lift and play better. We can win with Foley. I didn't believe that at the start of the RWC, but I believe that now - even after that woeful performance. It's too late to...

RWC QF 4 AUS v SCO (Twickenham) 19th Oct 0200 AEDT

Sure they aren't 7 woeful errors, but still 7 errors. One was costly, many of those were NOT under pressure and that is what disappointed me most. This does not include his lack of involvement in the back-line, especially at first receiver, nor his poor goal-kicking the first half. Let's...

Fingers crossed Sio is okay, doesn't look likely though. Slipper is an able replacement but our bench scrum will not be the weapon it once was.
