Wallabies v Argentina Sat 2 October CBus Stadium

Wright came on at 52min, the game ran to 84 min giving him 32 mins. 3 passes for 32 min is one per 10 min 40s. Petaia came off at 68 mins for 8 passes giving us one per 8min 30s. Even when you claim Wright has (or made) more opportunity to make a pass. Petaia had a quiet night for him...

For me, a Quade fan, he'll need to reflect on that performance. He definitely managed to hold up with the team. But he was far from what we expect. Where he has taken us. He is not on his own there. A most uninspiring performance. Let's take the 4 in a row though. It's been a long time.

Yep. Valetini had his moments. All in all though it was an unimpressive night for the pack.

Ikitau took his chances and took opportunities with no look passes, done perfectly, resulting in tries. But the centers were (mostly) neutered by the Pumas tonight. Ikitau just rose, not above it, but around it when the chance was there.

Kerevi did very little before he came off tonight. The centres were (mostly) neutered by the Argies.

Plenty of the bench will be questioned here. But a couple of starters not on song either. That game was unsatisfactory in many ways. The depth we are meant to be building was tested and found wanting tonight.

A lot of green WBs learning a lit here. They need to find a way to get back to the game plan.
