    Rocky road ahead for Rocky...........

Shook his hand earlier this year. That big mit nearly crushed my little one. He is a big lad.

    Cost of NZ RWC jersey

You should be able to get the England away jersey for half that price.

    Tri Nations Game 4 South Africa v Australia - Saturday 13 August 2011 - 3N2011

I read that Simmons had a shoulder complaint. Good side though and Touch wood the bench gets good time.

    Rocky road ahead for Rocky...........

If we want to persist with Rocky, we need to lighten the load. His form should be the first consideration and the captaincy is interfering with this. The whole saga could be fixed with integrity quite easy. A quite tap on the shoulder to say the captaincy is to much and we want you to step...

    Digby Ioane

I think we should put a fair offer at him that reflects his talent, then say take it or leave it.

    Level 3 Coaches . . .

We have had two in our club. One was also the NTIS coach and kept a proffessional distance from the club but the other was appointed director of coaching by our commitee. It was a good move as the insight of his level 3 experience was passed through the coaches of our grades and the...

    Tri Nations Game 4 South Africa v Australia - Saturday 13 August 2011 - 3N2011

It is very clear that Deans don't agree. With Hodgeson on the bench, a specialist lock would be better still but if they wan't the lock/flanker combo, Samo would of been more impactful. Keeping our set piece strong should be a major focus for this game and that bench just exposes it. God I...

    Rocky road ahead for Rocky...........

I agree Richo. He doesn't seem to cope well with the extra load.

    Tri Nations Game 4 South Africa v Australia - Saturday 13 August 2011 - 3N2011

I don't like the look of that bench on that predicted team. The lack of a lock is a worry. Before people say McCalman, if he is not having an impact as a loose forward, he isn't going to in the tight 5. Samo would make much more sense.

    Rocky road ahead for Rocky...........

Horwill and George Smith as interum captains on the EOYT with a more perminant decision to be made at the begining of the 2010 Wallaby season. What damage to the Wallaby culture was done when Elsom was appointed? It is not a dig at Rocky himself but the suits that put him there. By having a...

Rocky Elsom spotted looting in the London Riots!

You sure they were not bannished to this far off land because they were uncapable of scrumming for that loaf of bread?:p

It should also not be a shield for a player who does not deserve to be in the side.

    Rocky road ahead for Rocky...........

Just sit back and wait for the Reds bias complaints to pop up again. Greg Martin is a goose in my view and says so much utter rubbish most of the time but he is on the money with this one. If Elsom has a blinder on the weekend, I very much doubt that Martin will have the fortitude to stand by...

Please be politically correct. Uncouth Colonial is a much better term. ;)

    It's the coach

Gagger, I most certainly agree. On field was the context I was thinking of when I posted and puling the game out of the fire. The Blacks read us like a book and that most certainly relates to the context I suspect you are getting at. One suggegstion that would make sense is for Cooper to be...

What Quade should have been doing

Yeah he thrives on responsibility and in Super Rugby it is a hightened role. This level brings players with the same quallities into the same side. Fitting in is the challange, I guess and Barnes is good at taking a step back.

    It's the coach

The captain is the link between the coach and the players. I am not convinced our captain is showing enough leadership at the moment. Somebody needed to get those blokes in a huddle and take control whether it be to get back onto the gameplan or deviate if it is failing. Consult the...

What Quade should have been doing

Funny enough Cooper seems to bring the best out in Barnes. That nasty habit of kicking good ball away tends to disapear when they combine.

What Quade should have been doing

    That's a fair point Richo.
