Wallabies fans needed for paid photo shoot next Tuesday in Sydney

I don't think this is the right site at all. After all, the Tahs are trying to shake the image of winning 'ugly'. :fishing

    tahs turnaround

Tahfan, I think if the Tahs were playing attractive rugby and competing then the fans would come, although obviously not in the same numbers as if they were winning as well. I would guess that half the missing fans come for the spectacle, and half for the winning. Winning pretty would draw new...

    Advertising the final in QLD

Something along the lines of 28 Days Later (except called 4 Days Later) with rabid mungo zombies running amok in the streets of Brisbane, until one day there is a golden dawn...

Should the ARU sue the Boks if they send an under strength side?

Sorry WJ I was being sarcastic there. Of course the Bled and Tri mean as much to you as the rest of us.

Should the ARU sue the Boks if they send an under strength side?

That's be a financial disaster and serve no particular purpose. Also, if the Tri-Nations and Bledisloe are 'meaningless' then you're in the wrong forum, WJ.

Should the ARU sue the Boks if they send an under strength side?

What is the benefit to us of doing that?

    Wallabies pecking order

The G&GR assessment for Elsom in the final France game is telling:

Yes, Dennis has been a standout this year.

Sharpe is the first choice lock, and close to the first picked player. As LH lock!

He is. And I once saw Gerrard run down Caucau. And Pocock run down Habana.

That's partisan. Gillard is PM. She hasn't disgraced the office. Whether people like her policies is irrelevant. Many people disapprove of Howard's policies as well, but he also commands respect as a former PM.

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

The highlights of most Wallabies include many impressive tries, even props. Take a look at Lachy Turner's highlight reel sometime - it's amazing. But he's still not good enough.

    ARU Advertisement

I liked both aspects. Sure, the vapid media inflates the idea of celebrity, but that shouldn't detract from the emotional appeal of famous Australians standing up and proclaiming their support for the team. If it does, then the vapid media has won.

Should the ARU sue the Boks if they send an under strength side?

Mank, we may not have a national competition but we have the Shute Shield and QPR, in which our non Tri-Nations players will be playing. These may not be as august as the Currie Cup but they involve the same players that would be playing if we did have a national comp. I really don't see what...

Should the ARU sue the Boks if they send an under strength side?

We shouldn't sue 'em. We should crush 'em. See how they feel if they come up against us having suffered a 49-0 loss. No one will care if it was their B team. It'd be feral.

    Wallabies Trinations Squad

I think Deans makes excellent selections, and we're seeing the fruits of it now. When Deans makes a selection I don't like, I thank goodness that we have someone better than me running the show, as opposed to concluding with inexorable logic that we have someone worse.

Which team will you support (Only Tah supporters)

For my part, I do "blindly" support Australian teams against foreign teams. And I do it in every sport I follow. I guess it's because I don't have any particular allegiance to provincial teams, but tend to follow a different one each year, depending on who has the players I like (and very rarely...
