    2013 S15 Lions Player exodus

Boet what are you on about? Nobody said he should play tests. Ok bright prospect is a bit much but the guy left the Bulls because he had no chance of ever starting behind Chiliboy and Botha. So he went where he could start and then had a poor injury run. I would take him back at the...

All Blacks - From Pillars to Stonewalls

Dam I'll note down instances where I see it this weekend in both games (time on clock) and let you know. If I can get my hands on the games I can make the vids as well as I have the software.

    2013 S15 Lions Player exodus

I know nothing about the other 2. Maku is a very bright prospect. He left the Bulls because he wanted to get a starting gig. Had back to back injuries, one a broken leg if I recall correctly. He would make every Australian Super Rugby match 22 as far as I am concerned. Very good player.

If you can't win the cup with that team I want video of you jumping off Table Mountain. With sound. And you got a proper prop on the bench as well.

All Blacks - From Pillars to Stonewalls

Clearly you did not read the initial post properly nor the rest of the follow up. I am suggesting the All Blacks employ this tactic more frequently and with more purpose than other teams. Until proven wrong that is what I believe. There is no need to be defensive. Nowhere did I or anyone...

    THAT IS BRILLIANT. BRILLIANT.

Get used to the idea. He will be home next year. In Blue and then in Green.

2012 Rugby Championship Round 6 Game 1 South Africa vs New Zealand- 6 Oct

Typical Cape bias from you again. How do you know Schalk's body is okay? Have you seen him play lately? He was supposed to come back three times already and now he isn't even back this year? Sounds like there is a huge problem there. All reports are from Japan that du Preez is in fantastic...

2012 Rugby Championship Round 6 Game 1 South Africa vs New Zealand- 6 Oct

Steyn played one test at 13 and it was a total disaster defensively.

How do you know that? Have you seen him play? Do you have reports on his fitness? He played that World Cup with both shoulders hanging off the bone. Schalk has a lot to offer. No doubt. As Captain? I am no longer sure. I think he is going to real;ly struggle to get back to form and there is a...

    2013 S15 Lions Player exodus

Would you hop on a ship that is doomed to sink before there is time to break the bottle of bubbly? Kings have one year and they will again be relegated. Simple choice for players. Go on loan to a province wit the outside chance of them wanting to keep you. Oh and the Lions have made it...

Well I disagree but I hear where you are coming from. Long live different perspectives. :)

Conundrum. Must play Steyn when he is fit. The two together in Meyer's mind will suit his game plan. It is going to be interesting to see what happens next year. In my opinion JdV will have to play out of his skin in the Super 15 to keep the gig. Between now and the EOYT Taute could stitch...

Hope jhe never comes back in. Is Botha just about the last cab off the rank? Covers 6 and 8 right? Who else is there? Seems like a tough kid. Still think the Bulls and SA Rugby have screwed it up badly with CJ Stander.

    Justin Marshall

He is bloody good. His future as a top notch commentator looks set. They heathens up north should start using him for incoming tours and more. I've also heard some Kiwis moan about him. Hard to believe with the likes of Nisbo and that utterly useless MacCaw-glorifying Smith going around.

All Blacks - From Pillars to Stonewalls

Actually now I remember Simmons being warned in he Sharks playoff game and then being warned at least once or twice again and not carded. I seem to remember a couple of times it was done in or near the red zone where it could have the biggest effect on the game i.e. quick ball in red zone. And...

Taute will have to have his act together it will be the biggest test of his career facing off with Conrad in a Black jersey. Lionel Mapoe? Quota pressures or has he been good? Recall he had potential but has he kicked on? Is he wing cover though? Strange selection. Ebersohn or the little...

All Blacks - From Pillars to Stonewalls

The bit in bold was what I was initially referring to. 4 and 5 in your videos are good examples. A host of other issues have been uncovered in this thread. There were a few ones in the AB/Bok test where the supporting runners were actually scrambling to get ahead of their tackled teammate...
