    The Wallabies Thread

With Hooper and Pocock odds on selections in the backrow, we will need someone with lineout abilities to fill the third spot and I think someone who has the ability to lurk in wider channels as well. The Pocock/Hooper nexus generally means Pocock takes the ruck area with Hooper and another...

    The Wallabies Thread

And I think it is a wonderful wayto waste time, but irrelevant This happens every year, someone has a couple of decent games early (they rarely can keep it going for the season) and some of the test incumbents are still building form as they all started pre season late. The reality is that...

Coleman & Foley will be some of the first selected along with Kepu, Hooper, Pocock, Deale, Genia & Folau. On Coleman, I thought he was fantastic in the opening game vs the Reds. I expect he is playing injured

The Tahs were shit in that game; and what 10 ever shines behind a beaten pack

So have I been watching different games? Foley hasn't been playing well? Seems to be leading the Tahs around quite well to me. What else should he be doing in the first few rounds of the season? Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk

Super Rugby Rd 6 Rebels v Sharks, Fri 23rd of March

I think Naivalu looks out of sorts at the moment, his decision making can be quite average.

    Waratahs 2018

I think we could get a good loud crowd and fill North Sydney Oval and make it a Friday night special. (Beers after work, walk up to the ground, one of the soccer teams was doing this for a while) I would rather see a full smaller joint than an empty new stadium

    Waratahs 2018

It looked as though SCG was preferred, I selfishly went for North Sydney oval and unleashed my hate of homebush

    Reds 2018

I saw this stuff as either Quade pushing for a payout and/or he can't get a contract near what he is currently on O/S. He can't seriously be thinking his last few years of pro rugby should be running around in Brisbane club in front of 32 people each week

    Waratahs 2018

Phipps was quite interesting on the Foxsports podcast this week He went into detail on his role as club captain and what the Tahs are doing to build a tight "family" culture. Greg Clarke was on as well so we also got insight from a family member as well edit: Also Hooper hates phones, they...

Will they get there in time for the game?

I can understand what Cheika was searching for, he likes someone who can be a rampaging game changer in the last 20 off the bench. Nabuli isn't that unit

    Waratahs 2018

He never was, he always has been a work rate lock Simmons has that role and we have an effective lineout, it is a reasonable compromise. We just need a dynamic runner in the back five. Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk

We are starting to play decent sides ie the Kiwis and Lions from now on. It will be interesting to see who steps up as it gets hard

Super Rugby Round 5, Waratahs vs Rebels - Sunday 18 March @ 4pm

The weather didn't help, playing big bopper forward crash ball and death maul rugby is less fun in 40 degree heat
