Knock on from Higgers, no try?

Why did English not go for the corner?

Drop goal Roberts, looked a set move. Or at least it looked pretty well practised. 27 - 14, 4 to go.

Ellison has been HUGE value for the Rebels tonight. Good penalty. Taking the shot is a good call - eat up 2 minutes either way, kick it and the game is over.

Cheetahs' maul has caused the Rebels a few problems tonight. Clarkie claiming it is game on, but I don't see it. Goosen has found his goal kicking boots though.

I thought the same at first, but then thought on replay that he tucked his right arm under. Was pretty borderline on both counts.

Why was there no replay of the "high" tackle?

I think the Rebels will actually look back at this game and wonder how they didn't score more points. Well done getting the bonus, but I think they left a few tries out on the park.

No arms from Inman, it's a bit late, it's a shoulder charge for me.

As you said that Leafa put in a great tackle out wide.

I know some Rebels fans have been talking up Lahiff, but gees, he really is a unit. Everything the Cheetahs do turns to poo right now, Sarel with a quick tap off a scrum penalty and a simple switch is put down by Hendricks.

And Strauss steals it. How the Rebels didn't get an advantage before I don't know. Looked borderline from Kingston? Cheetahs are toast, they are out on their feet.

Inman will never be a halfback! Huge windup there. Rebels need to get it a few channels wider and I reckon they will score here.

I reckon that the Rebels are going to give a few teams a real shock this year. If you look at their recruitment, it's been pretty intelligent.

To be fair, Rebels haven't been too tested on defence yet, as the Cheetahs have decided they don't want the ball. Not the best game plan. But yes, you can only play your opponent, and the Rebels have outplayed theirs comfortably. Over 70% possession in the first half says a lot!

Agree on Woodward, was thinking the same thing! He's a great player. Agree on the Cheetahs too. If you watch last week they backs were just as bad, but the forwards were way better, particularly the loosies. This week they are all bad. Goosen has been poor again this week particularly his...

Yeah, hooker is from Sydney club rugby. He's gone pretty well, hasn't he? McMahon is another who has looked good. Wonder when Colby will come on.

Because binding illegally is a penalty offence, throwing a punch at a guy's head is a yellow. As I said, that first punch looked like it may have hit the guys head from the camera angle. You don't throw an underhand punch at a guy's head to break the bind, as I said it was dumb.

It was the first punch that did him in, looked like it may have come close to the Cheetahs' head. Rebels need to stay patient, they are dominating possession.
