    Wallabies v Barbarians - 1/11/14 (Twickenham)

Having watched the replay I have to say I was a little hard on Hodgo. It was a typical busy display from him although I stand by the fact that his impact at the highest level is not up to what we need. To'omua was excellent and he should be given the 12 jersey ahead of Lealifano next week. Carter...

    any word on Higgers?
  3. Joe Blow

    Wallabies v Barbarians - 1/11/14 (Twickenham)

Well, that is good. However, I think he remains well down the pecking order.

    Wallabies v Barbarians - 1/11/14 (Twickenham)

Got to be Foley right now as he is playing with such confidence and making good decisions. Quade needs to be in the 23 as the back-up next week. 4 tests is a long time and the pecking order could easily change at 9 and 10. On todays performance Cheiks would have to go with Phipps and Foley...

    Wallabies v Barbarians - 1/11/14 (Twickenham)

Foley and Phipps will start next week without doubt. They are just so in the zone right now. Hopefully Genia and Cooper will be on the bench. White wasn't bad when he came on but Genia has many more strings to his bow when in form.

I It was a hammy. I missed that. Hope he's OK.

    Wallabies v Barbarians - 1/11/14 (Twickenham)

Higgers will start at 6(if fit) with McMahon on the bench one would think. Hodgo was invisible. Great game to watch.

    Wallabies v Barbarians - 1/11/14 (Twickenham)

It's a good looking lineup with Cheika not afraid to rest this seasons tried and true performers. Looking forward to seeing what Genia and Cooper can do. I would guess they will be our number one halves combination if fit when we get around to the RWC. Also very excited to see Henry Speight...

    Kurtley Beale

Who the f#@k do you think you are mate? Kurtley Beale.........

    Kurtley Beale

Well, Izzy will be happy and the ARU can breathe a sigh of relief on his behalf. The process is complete and the outcome is.......... the outcome. A little more transparency now may be beneficial for the ARU if it was all legit.

How about the actual facts? It would be nice to pack up the circus once and for all.

    Wallabies v Barbarians - 1/11/14 (Twickenham)

Phipps had his best test against the ABs in Brisbane and I have to admit that he belongs at this level. But he still does not have the all around skills of an in-form Will Genia. Playmaking, kicking, etc etc and all that Phipps has. I don't know if Genia will ever get back to his best or not...

    Wallabies v Barbarians - 1/11/14 (Twickenham)

Cheika understands Skelton, his skill set and his current limits implicitly. I think he was quoted as stating that Will was not ready for test footy just before he was first selected. That was a while ago now and I would guess that there are big plans for him as far as the RWC goes. Also, these...

Jones will be on the plane regardless I would think. Is McCalman fit?

    Next Wallabies Coach.

That is going to be interesting. I tend to agree but we have not received all of the details yet on the Beale saga.

    Next Wallabies Coach.

The point is that there needs to be an impartial selection board. I personally think Eales and Gregan are very astute judges and can select without bias. They would also be much more qualified than 99% of the forum contributors to make informed selection decisions. It doesn't really matter who...

    Next Wallabies Coach.

There is no good reason why it shouldn't work. If they can pull there heads out of their backsides and put state bias aside when dealing with the national side it will benefit all. The best players from all of the Super sides are chosen so why not the coaches? They will need to go back to a...
