I was just wondering if now BPA would count as one of the 2 extra players because he is now under contract in the top14 or still considered an Super Rugby...

With Montpellier starting this week, does BPA now count under the giteau law?

My concern is that if BPA rolls his ankle saturday then for 3 games we go into a test match with handful of caps across all of the hookers. I didnt think FF (Folau Fainga'a) was in the squad either
