    France vs Bokke @ Paris

Haha, I just looked up doos. Not quite sure how that can stop you playing rugby though.

What about Francois Hougaard? Surely he will be back in time for RWC15 and would be your long term option once fit?

3rd tier is back in 2014 [Discontinued]

But I will say from a Western point of view, a national comp like being described could be the only legitimate 3rd tier if we want to build the depth required to take on the best. While young Rugby players have to leave their home to take the next step in the career progression too many talented...

3rd tier is back in 2014 [Discontinued]

Haha, not having a dig at anyone but this thread started by talking about luring players back from Europe and now they are getting billeted out for the night because we can't afford accommodation. Like I said, not a dig but pretty funny progression. Probably a pretty good analogy for why this...

    Scotland v Australia, Murrayfield, 5am 24 Nov 2013

I do agree with your post Lee, but I think the most important thing is to play to the ref. If you hang back like a choir boy and keep your nose clean against the ABs or the Boks the game is probably going to be decided by oranges. Against the NH teams who are less canny in the dark arts...

    LOL

This is the right way forward. I'm guessing the rights are probably going to go to Foxtel.

We're back into 3rd pal, we're coming for you :)

    Wales v Wallabies, Cardiff, Nov 30 2013

I must admit I enjoy the Aus V Welsh threads the most. The Welsh lads add some real colour to the content. Really worried about this one. Looking at @Paradox's team above I think that's the best team available. Quite a credit to To'omua that in his rookie season he is now the player I think we...

    Artificial rugby pitches

Modern stadiums just aren't conducive to grass health. I think it has to be the way forward. Yanks have been playing NFL on them since 2002.

    are the IRB nuts ?

I only used Hore's example as that's the most recent example I could think of that involved what I consider clearly deliberate foul play (excluding Horwill's stomp in the Lions series ;) ). Before that the next most recent would be Bakkies headbutt which got 9 weeks. I was trying to hilight...

    are the IRB nuts ?

I think the key issue here is that everyone is frustrated by the inconsistency. I can't reconcile that Kuridrani's reckless but unintentional tackle is equal to the 5 weeks that Gimli Hore got for intentionally knocking the welsh player unconscious on last years EOYT when he stiff armed him...

Well this has turned into a clusterfuck.

    Wallabies have a drinking problem?

I have been experimenting with impregnating red bandanas with Polonium and releasing them for sale in the Australian market. I have calculated the risk of collateral damage as very low. :)

PS: Fucking love it. If you want to be the best, accept nothing but the best. Big tick for Ewen.

Well that settles that then, looks like CFS to 13.

Exactly, being groomed on the wing for a shift to 13 at Super level. Lets not throw him in at 13 for a test until we are comfortable he can play the role at provincial level.

Hell of a responsibility for a young guy who has never played the most defensively difficult position consistently for his provincial side in his run on test debut.

Reports AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) could be out with a shoulder injury next week. If that's the case I reckon Cummins to 13 and Tomane to wing with F Sautia to the bench.

Just a thought, can anyone recount the last time the MOTM also got a yellow card before Hooper last night?
