Super Rugby Round Three: Rebels v Cheetahs, Friday 28 Feb, AAMI Park

English has a lot to improve on his decision making. He looks the right type for a big power winger, but he doesn't seem to have the instinct for the line.

And now they are running Leafa at second receiver. Love it.

Kafe was talking up Goosen's kicking earlier. I always thought he has been ordinary.

20 now entering from the side. He's a pest.

Definitely a yellow for Fugistaller. But should have been the same for the Cheetahs player for unsportsmanlike play. Then penalty to the Cheetahs after turning it around for the punch. It was too cynical for purely an illegal binding penalty.

Rebels hooker looking very handy. Is he or will he be Aus eligible?

That's fucking bullshit, double yellow for sure.

Oh that's right, I forgot about his pass. We tend to focus on Phipps for that these days. Burgess' kicking has been as good as I have seen also. A few nice box kicks and that grubbed to the corner was great as well.

Super Rugby Round Three: Rebels v Cheetahs, Friday 28 Feb, AAMI Park

The Cheetahs will come out firing in the second half. They look like they have been asleep so far. Drotske will tear them a new one at half time. Would like to see the Rebels line flatten up a bit and Burgess clear the ball a bit quicker, but they are looking good so far.

Rebels need a kicker if they want to give this a shake.

    C'mon fella, spill it.

    Force v. Brumbies - R3 2014

I'm sorry, I just can't celebrate those surprise giant killing wins anymore. They are a symptom of losing the ones you shouldn't. Force supporters cling to them saying "look we aren't as shit as our ladder position suggests, we beat the (insert top 6 team name)". I'd rather beat the Rebels...

    Force v. Brumbies - R3 2014

Brumbies better to a man in every position except 11, 12 and probably even at 8 and 9. Expecting a pasting, but living in hope.

Waratahs vs Force - Super Rugby R2 Sunday 23 February 2014

I've sen the option offered a dozen times. I can't actually believe this conversation is still going.

    Western Force 2014

I think the current method of trying to develop local players in combination with naturalising a few South Africans is the correct method. I just think you need a coach who will draw in a few stars who want to play under him as the final piece in the puzzle. If you look at the most succesful...

    Western Force 2014

The first piece to the puzzle that is a successful Force team is a coach who players want to come and play for. That is the only way we will attract the talent to give this thing a shake. And before everyone loses their shit saying we want local players, no team is comprised of solely local...

Waratahs vs Force - Super Rugby R2 Sunday 23 February 2014

What draino have you been drinking? Where did anyone say our goal was to have a losing season and we would be happy with that? Not all of us have the luxury of 13 Wallabies in our starting 15.
