RWC 2011 - It only hurts when I laugh

A few injury scares for the ABs tonight. Dagg didn't finish the game. Jane dragged early because of a head knock, although he looked to have aggravated that hand. Kahui and Thomo also hurt. Read should be back though

Wallabies at the Rugby World Cup 2011

Perhaps the rain didn't negate any advantage OZ may have had, but rather exposed their weaknesses. Its NZ in the middle of September, rain is more likely than not and any rugby game plan and execution should have tactics to suit. England are a fit, fast side these days. Their attack is nowhere...

    RWC Wallabies v USA - 23 September

Unlucky break for Horne. Looked to be running decent lines even closer to the action. Hawko after 1300 posts and hours of watching rugby, surely you'd know by now that 'one' Tahs game don't make a dominant Test centre

Wallabies at the Rugby World Cup 2011

Best warning I've read for a while :) And here I was thinking greenfire came here with innocent intentions, quoting a few selected clangers from OZ journos...

Wallabies at the Rugby World Cup 2011

Don't really get why this was a "reason". I could understand if this was the first time the Wallabies had ever played under a bit of rain, but it clearly isn't. They've even won in the rain and worse ground/weather conditions than that.

    RWC - Wallabies v Ireland - 17th September 2011

Also thought Reddan wasn't helpful with the quick ball that was being presented at the base for him to deliver.

    RWC - Wallabies v Ireland - 17th September 2011

Good post Brumby Jack. Samo should have come off around the 50 min mark or even earlier. He had some hands on knees moments in the 1st half and the fact there was Higgers and Palu on the pine, your mob was not short of options. On A. Finger, I am surprised we did not see him once rush out of...

Don't worry people the Lockyer drop goal win will steal all the media attention away from the Wallaby loss....

    RWC - Wallabies v Ireland - 17th September 2011

Poor urgency in defence from OZ is what cost OZ IMO. The Paddy loosies were all over OZ at the tackle and breakdown. Really surprised to see the OZ fatties not front at the tackle. Despite the poor reffing many have claimed, it did not excuse the fact that the Wallabies played far to lateral...

South Africa v Wales match thread

Burger again showed why he is still a class player. Into almost everything and hit Welsh player after player when they had a roll on. Far and away my fave Bok player. Roberts was excellent. Phillips was extremely poor though. He lacked variation, was as slow as snails in clearing the ball...

The Kiwis are rigging the World Cup so they can win.

No Toddy, Dan's had the only one available locked in his closet and brought it out in Crusader and AB training sessions. Like Malcolm X, by any means necessary....

    Tri Nations Game 6 - Wallabies vs All Blacks - Saturday 27 August 2011 - 3N2011

Well done OZ, outstanding physicality in the first half. Good D to close it out. I think Palu will be up against it to get into the side now.

Tri Nations Game 5 - Springboks vs All Blacks

NZ Herald don't touch it. In fact I hardly ever read any rugby journalism and haven't done so for about the last 10 years. I read the occasional line when posted here and the Fern but for the most part I just don't bother. Nothing personal against the journos. Scotty - I hear what you're...

    All Black World Cup Squad

A couple of NPC games and he's got 10 experience? Not in my eyes. Anyway it's all good ant :) I'm pleased with the squad. Even like the Guildford inclusion especially the way he and Dagg play together definitely is a combo for the future but both have decent enough form. Vito over Messam...

Tri Nations Game 5 - Springboks vs All Blacks

Because that aspect of play is clearly stated in the laws I thought. What I don't get is this immature crap of comments like "you whinging kiwis". If you have an issue with what a poster writes so be it, point it out, argue it until the cows come home or a Mod gives you a rest. But this...
