    Fixed:)
  2. Quick Hands

    Barbarians Australian Tour 2017

Inconsistent at the scrum, ruck and the offside line. Complete incompetence.
  3. Quick Hands

    Barbarians Australian Tour 2017

A great game of rugby ruined by one of the worst referreeing displays I've seen. I don't know where the found this guy, but I hope we never see him again.
  4. Quick Hands

    Barbarians Australian Tour 2017

I'll bet that it'll be enough of "their game" to find their way into a corporate suite this afternoon.;)
  5. Quick Hands

    Barbarians Australian Tour 2017

I'm not interested in the programme, but this attitude for a game of rugby played in Sydney, featuring the Wallabies. Bad enough IMO in normal circumstances, but after what's occurred in Australian rugby in the past 12 months alone, I find in unbelievable that the ARU/RA wouldn't want to...
  6. Quick Hands

    Barbarians Australian Tour 2017

Wouldn't you think that after the year that they've had that the ARU would latch onto this game for all its worth and squeeze every ounce of good publicity out of it? I also seem to remember some months ago that the ARU held a fan poll to decide the kick-off time and the identity of a club...

    Barbarians Australian Tour 2017

I find Pulver and Clyne's latest contribution re this match absolutely incredible. In fact I'm speechles. http://www.smh.com.au/rugby-union/union-news/its-not-our-game-to-promote-bill-pulver-and-cameron-clyne-dismiss-alan-jones-blowup-as-illinformed-20171027-gz9up7.html

The lights are on, but no one is home.:)
  9. Quick Hands

    Australian Rugby / RA

Change gives the superficial appearance of activity.
  10. Quick Hands

Wallabies v All Blacks, Saturday 21st October, Suncorp, Brisbane

Who I think are busily transforming themselves into RA as we speak (or is that RAU?)
  11. Quick Hands

    Australian Rugby / RA

They probably don't have enough money left to put the word Australia on the building. Maybe I've missed something, or possibly my education was lacking, but I've never known that AU stood for Australia. USA, UK, DPRK, NZ, RSA, PRC I get, but AU? Or maybe it's phonetic, "ey you":)

    Australian Rugby / RA

They appointed the coach. I always thought that your firm and unshakeable view was that on field performance had absolutely no conection to the competance or otherwise of the administration? And they seem to have changed their name from the ARU.;)

Wallabies v All Blacks, Saturday 21st October, Suncorp, Brisbane

I think he's just a dickhead (which is probably and understatement actually)
  14. Quick Hands

Wallabies v All Blacks, Saturday 21st October, Suncorp, Brisbane

Probably a passing shower at most during the game, but Brisvegas has had about 100 mm of rain this week. Although Suncorp does drain quite well, so I wouldn't be expecting too heavy a track.
  15. Quick Hands

Wallabies v All Blacks, Saturday 21st October, Suncorp, Brisbane

I'll be back for kick-off. I tend to avoid the half hour pre-game "expert" analysis. (and I use the term expert loosely)
  16. Quick Hands

Wallabies v All Blacks, Saturday 21st October, Suncorp, Brisbane

This is why I'm on channel 10.

Australia v Argentina 7 Oct 2017 in Mendoza

According to a map I just looked at, it's 397 km from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg (Canberra to Sydney is 287 km). I'd be surpised if they piled on a bus for a 4-5 hour bus trip before flying from Johannesburg to Sao Paulo (a distance of 7435 km)...

Australia v Argentina 7 Oct 2017 in Mendoza

I'm not sure that there is any training that can deal with this particular issue. And the way TRC works, we always finish with an away game in SA and then a 7 day break to get to Argentina for the last game. There is no direct flight from South Africa to Argentina. Most international flights...
  19. Quick Hands

Australia v Argentina 7 Oct 2017 in Mendoza

Over 30 hours in the air spread out over 3 days to get from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg, to Sao Paulo to Buenos Aries to Mendoza. After playing at altitude, it's a physically very taxing experience.
