    Law Amendment Trials

I think it's a great idea, I don't think the Refs at lower grade say 2-3 and below will be policing it that hard. But five seconds is enough time from when the ball is available is a pretty big chunk of time. I just counted to 5-one thousands and I got bored around 3. If you don't play it after...

    Afternoon vs Night games

I thought most juniors play on a Saturday morning (ages 6/7-12) play away when seniors are at home and vice versa. Then the 12's-17's play on Sunday.

    Wallabies versus Wales- SFS

I don't believe in this crap. Name me who should have replaced them all and how they would have change the course of the series? *Disclaimer, I'm secretly posing as a Reds fan as I work for the NSWRU*

    Wallabies versus Wales- SFS

The thing is, the All Blacks were allowed to play in that way because the Irish let them. They fell off tackles and didn't shut down SBW who just created holes left right and centre for Dagg, Savea and Smith to cause chaos. Watch the Irish and the Welsh and you know what the biggest difference...

    Wallabies versus Wales- SFS

That back line we ran is vastly different to a fully fit backline that I would imagine will run out come TRC. The likes of JOC (James O'Connor), a game fit Kurtley, hopefully a fully fit Drew Mitchell, possibly Taps and maybe Cooper depending on what happens in the last month or so in the Super competition...

Beale and Cooper in boozy incident

Like I said, there's more to this than we know, for all we know the bouncer could be facing racial vilification charges? At the moment it's just wild speculation. I think you'll find that that the players abstain from drinking for similar periods of time or limit themselves to one/two beers a...

    SANZAR v Lions

Surely for a one in 100 year thing the 6-nations could either be moved to a later time or have a break during that period?

Beale and Cooper in boozy incident

That's fine, they should be treated like adults. Adults are allowed to blow off some steam and celebrate. There's a lot of people claiming that they wouldn't touch the grog or go out if they were in Kurtley and Quade's position. It's easier said then done and I'm sure many Uni students (at a...

    Wallabies versus Wales- SFS

Whats more of a mind fuck is why we have Dennis AND Hooper? Dennis will obviously be utilized to take Palu off around the 60-6th minute right? Pocock is both the Captain and an 80 minute player, so where is Hooper going to go? With Kurtley coming back from injury, wouldn't it make more sense...

Reds v Hurricanes: June 15: Sunshine Coast

I don't see any Shipperly? As he hasn't been named in the Wallabies squad, what is he doing? I'd hate for him not to get any game time during this break!

If you could change the laws of rugby, what would you change?

Pretty simple - your subs means you get a jersey each year. The number on that jersey is your club number so it'll be unique. If you're looking at premier grade, they can all have the 1-22 if you really want.

If you could change the laws of rugby, what would you change?

Either would be fine. You shouldn't be allowed to get the ball if you never made an attempt to compete for it.

Wallabies vs Wales - Docklands Stadium June 16

The Wallabies shouldn't be treated as a place one can improve a basic element of their game. It shouldn't be used as a developing platform because in the past it's shown if we treat it like such we get spanked. It's pretty simple, the best 15 players in their position should be picked, not...

    Reds 2013

Lance and Sautia are largely unproven at super level, they don't really have any huge bargaining power to say that they should be on huge amounts of cash. Additionally, Lance is a 10/15 who was forced to play 12 through injuries. Sautia is a winger/13 who needs to fill out into his body (he's a...

    Reds 2013

Quade just said on the pre-game show that he's signed a three year deal with the Reds (which was one of the reasons why he was having a drink on Thursday).

If players are getting cold, why aren't they wearing warmer gear?

The problem is the huge range of temperatures that our guys play in. During Summer they're training in 30+ degree heat and for the odd winter game 2-10 degree (most of the time without wind). So for a coach, what do you train for? Heat you're going to majority of the time play in or a...

Wallabies vs Wales - Suncorp Stadium June 9

From what I've heard, the Peter Myers didn't want Quade playing until after the break and was extremely nervous about him coming back before then!

Move McCabe out to wing and bring Anthony into 12?.

Wallabies vs Wales - Suncorp Stadium June 9

I don't buy into that crap. Last year we had Ma'fu and Slipper in the front row. So since they were there when we won, we should auto-default into them starting.

Wallabies vs Wales - Suncorp Stadium June 9

Remind me again why we need Hooper there? I'd expect Pocock to play all 80 minutes same with Higgers. So, Hooper looks set to replace Palu with Higgers moving back to 8, which effectively leaves us with three line out jumpers.
