Really depends on how you define effective. While Kev might not make the biggest metres per carry, how many defenders does it pull it consistently? Nine times out of ten he's sucked in two players with a third covering. He's more of a grinder player compared to the likes of Sharpe and Mumm.

From memory they don't as they're privately owned. So, we just need to grab one of the mining companies to buy the Reds and it wouldn't apply. It just goes to show how much of a farce this whole idea really is. You can't have rules that apply to everyone but one team -_-
