Probably are. It just happens behind the scenes. The refs are professionals, and their performances are reviewed after each match with feedback given. That does not guarantee that their performances will improve though.

So if Hooper had used his arms in the cleanout of Brown, as per the correct technique, but done some serious injury to Brown like breaking his neck, would it have been all honkey dory?

Here was me thinking about what a good con job Campo did on the Soap Dodgers way back in 1991, and I throw a few words into Google so that I can get the precise quote from Campo and look like a really clever sausage here in Gaggerland and guess what I find...

The Random Judicial Sanctioniser will do what it wants, and there is little that we can do about it. Meanwhile North Harbour Rays have named Michael Hooper as starting Flanker for their NRC round 8 clash against Queensland Country.

^^ Already happening. Don't you remember The Battleship being Yellow Carded for a ripper of a tackle against Dan Carter a year or two back?

He could do with a rest. He has had a pretty full on season.

    The Fallout from RWC 2015

Whether we like it or not, top level International Rugby has oriented itself to a 4 year cycle based around the Rugby World Cup. It is also big business with very significant amounts of money involved. IIRC NZL are not all that keen at hosting the circus again after the licence fees imposed by...

    Karma and English Rugby Supporters

It's just a pleasant little ditty about a suicidal unemployed vagrant thief with an irrational fear of authority figures and an inability to accept accountability for the consequences of their actions. Society failed the poor bugger. He clearly wasn't breast fed for long enough nor did his...

It wasn't an illegal play offset but how about this from Lote Tuqiri?

Didn't your PM Muldoon say something like every Rugby Supporter that stops watching Rugby and starts supporting Loig increases the average IQ of both groups of supporters?

    NRC team of the week

^^^ That would probably look like the Australian NRC Barbarians. NRC Barbarians thread here: http://www.greenandgoldrugby.com/community/threads/2015-nrc-barbarians-watch.15955/page-4 NRC Team of the Season thread here...

Exclusive transcript extract from a Match Report, prepared by Henry Lancaster V. Not sure if he is related to Coach Stuart who is also of the House of Lancaster.

    Ideas for NRC 2015

Don't know that I would call Hunt's efforts a blinder, but collectively the City backline absolutely dished up the Stars mob to such an extent that they were almost able to score at will. Of course, that was on the back of a pretty severe hiding being handed out in the Engine Room, as is often...

Hooper seems to give Sanchez a boot to the melon in the process, but as others say if the Citing Bloke doesn't think "Red Card", then the worst is that can happen is it's off to the Gunston Corp Wet Lettuce Leaf Thrash-o-matic.

    The League Media

^^^ It is just like the Olympic Games. To perpetuate the myth, and encourage other cities to invest billions of dollars, most of which will never be recovered, every Olympic Games is announced as the best ever. The mungo "family" and their fanboy media have too much at stake to do anything...

    NRC Team of the Season

From http://www.greenandgoldrugby.com/community/threads/nrc-team-of-the-week.14780/page-2 How many games must a fellow played in to qualify for selection in the prestigious G&GR 2015 Team of the Season? Would the guest cameos by experienced Super Rugby Professionals and fringe Wallabies...

    Ideas for NRC 2015

Didn't see the match, but that looked good, didn't it. How did the rest of his game go? Call me old fashioned but one nice haircut does not a Hairdresser make, and I don't always believe getting your name on the scorekeepers sheet means that a player has had an awesome game. Meat and...
