Shore away to Joeys this week, so there are Aussie Rules posts up on the main field at Northbridge. I hear that they had the numbers for 2 AFL teams in Year 7 at Shore this year, but could only enter one team because of ground availability.

I could only speculate, but it's not unknown for players to move from a poorly run club. Wouldn't surprise me if most of that team are now at Norths. (at the moment a well run club)

Watching ONE super rugby game may be regarded as a misfortune, to watch it again looks like carelessness. (apologies to Oscar Wilde) As for watching every week, that asylum would be full of such poor folk.:)

One of the biggest problems for Parramatta is that they often put in a couple of years hard work putting a good young team together at either colts or grade and they have trouble holding them. I'm not close enough to say why, but I've noticed a significant leakage to Eastwood over the years...

Always in the mix, always unpredictable, usually just miss out. Would be nice to see them there though.

Current 15s age group have been weak since Year 7. This result suggests that will continue.
