    Waratahs 2022

This season has felt like an extra few months of 2020

    I stand corrected.

Super Rugby RD 7 - Waratahs v Brumbies

That’s the bigger picture the Tahs management never connected the dots on, if you save money on a cheaper (read weakened) roster and they aren’t up to standard, you lose money at the gate and through subscription television. People have a right to vote with their feet and their wallets.

Very interesting. Thought his dad was part of the coaching set up.....

    Wallabies 2021

Purce, You mean the first round? If so, I agree. If he ran more, he could channel his chest beating tough guy thing into a viable contribution on the field. He’s a big strong powerful guy, if he can kerb his hot headed ness, he can develop a power running game. And if you talk trash and get into...

He also finds it hard to put on his A game unless the other team has someone he can go toe to toe with.

    Waratahs 2021

Initially the ARC was meant to be a selection for a few SS teams (I.e. manly, rats, Gordon and north’s). In time that could’ve developed into the tribalism that is one of the NRCs perceived downfalls in nsw. It would’ve also blended the contracted professionals and the amateurs lifting the...

    You’d hope that’s the case.

    Waratahs 2021

When you’ve got players that’d usually be in the middle of the rookies and the old hard heads having to take the leadership role you’re in trouble.

    Waratahs 2021

Another example of Tahs management ineptitude. Played last week at Homebush to empty stands a week before the Easter Show. players might come to the Shute Shield, et al, to have a go at making it, but a lot of the players start playing in rural areas, think HJH (Harry Johnson-Holmes), Hanigan, Newsome to name just a...

Super Rugby RD 7 - Waratahs v Brumbies

Obviously need to bench Porecki for Horton, and maybe some intense physio for Swinton. Can’t let the Qlders have the youngest pack!

Super Rugby Rnd 6: Waratahs v Reds

TMO should have a word in refs ear. Like the touchie does with off sides and unsighted knock ons

I see a drain on players. A players career is limited, why waste it with a basket case?

    Waratahs 2021

Just like the players and the ex coach, someone else has to wear shit because of the boards ineptitude. And why bother putting it up on Facebook? Don’t they get that it’s a controversial issue and people have the capacity to voice their dissatisfaction?

    Waratahs 2021

So 2 hours ago on Facebook the Waratahs have put up a “major announcement” on their page. There are close to 400 comments essentially saying the board must go. Unsurprisingly there have been no replies to any of the comments from the organisation.

    Waratahs 2021

Exactly, a lot of players play for less here for the chance to play for the national team. Good luck impressing the selectors struggling in an underperforming team with a weakened roster. OS or uncle twiggy seems a more satisfying option for the players

    Waratahs 2021

The board’s let us fans down. They’ve done a disservice to the experienced players with Wallaby aspirations. They’ve done a disservice to the rookies getting their arses handed to them on a weekly basis. Penney could’ve done a few things differently, but holy shit, are there no mirrors at...

    Sack the board I say.

    I think that was mentioned.

    Waratahs 2021

Shute Shield is a great Comp, as I’m sure the other ones across the country are. Problem is when it extends past the Super Rugby season into the international season. It’s the pointy end of the club season and players not in the wallabies want to stay in contention for a call up. They’re not going to...
