14-0 to the Blues after 19. Reds d is very passive at the moment. This is going to get ugly unless they get their act together

    Aussie Player Exodus

Started just 3 Super rugby games since playing those tests against Ireland. Was there an issue with Thorn?

    Reds 2020

His form is irresistible at the moment and he's the best Super Rugby player in the country but never quite done it at test level yet. Wish these negotiations were happening in December. A great test season under his belt and RA would find the money

Sorry, I'm with you now. If they have to pay some or half of Izzy's payout. I don't really see the problem. They have revenue of $18m a year. If they have to take the razor to it it comes out of player payments ($5.85m/year) and community rugby ($4.5m/year). And it's a terrible result and...

Was the NSWRU ever in the black? Loooking at the 2010 annual report, they had negative equity back then. If they had annual reports from further back up I don't imagine much will have changed. They distribute any spare cash to community rugby and a foundation

    Reds 2020

If you go through it over the last few years I reckon we've picked up way more guys who started their career in league, then they have picked off genuinly union focused schoolboys. Even Timu from a couple of posts above

As an aside, I wonder how many potential players and spectators have turned away from our sport because they are called "mungos"

Ponga was on a rugby league scholarship since he was 11. He played rugby for a couple of years at high school while on a Broncos scholarship and while playing rugby league for Easts in Brisbane. He signed a 4 year rugby league contract when he was 15. He never got away. He was never "ours"

    Where to for Super Rugby?

So currently Fox buy a slot on Ten's channel, produce the content and collect the ad revenue and hope to drive more viewers to their own channels. Given the ratings, and that they want out of this, it's safe to assume they aren't achieving their objectives. Also explains why there was never much...

    Reds 2019

Gill's best chance of starting for the Wallabies and pressing his claims for future honours was the match against Scotland on 23 November 2013. Unfortunately the celebrations after the Irish match the week before turned out to be very very poor timing for him
