So now we have gone from cherry picking 2 or 3 super players to boost the squad,to exclusively using only super contracted players in the entire squad? I don't think anyone has ever promoted that as an option.

There are 12 spots in a 7's squad,and 5 Franchises to draw from. So I don't see how many super teams could be gutted. allowing the Foley's of the world playing continual off seasons is a much bigger issue for Super & Test teams than losing a handful of players every Olympic year.

What about exposure? It has a real value to the game. Had the men been able to match the girls,the hype would have been huuuuge. The league people would be talking about which players should be poached,and be deciding which League stars would have dominated 7's. Kids can only covet what they see.

If involvements are going to be a measure,Timani is not the answer.

That's the most frustrating part, his kicks rarely touch grass. It's a simple concept, if the opposition catch a kick in the full,if it wasn't contested,then you have fucked up. Clearly that's not the thought process or he is totally inept, which is a worry,either way.

^^^^^^simple. You limit clubs to x number of differing categories of players. So many 15 point players,10 point players etc. Unlimited on lower grade guys, with zero scrapbooks

Tell me how missing one on one tackles are due to tactics. And charge downs are more evidence of poor tactics? How many times did we drive them back in contact? And how many times did they?

It doesn't matter how smart you are if you miss 31 tackles. We firstly need to compete physically, then we can start to think about tactics.
