i actually picked Hooper, but I have my concerns about the effectiveness of our backrow at the ruck. Hooper's an awesome player, but one trait which the current Australian side appears to be lacking a bit is organised defense and the ability to turn over the ball and/or pressure the opposition...

If the Wallabies' backline continues the form they have shown over the last 2 games, you'd have to think that the Poms will need some serious set piece dominance to get up. The Wobs Lineout looks good. The Scrum will be crucial for England.

Is Corbisero out? Big loss. He destroyed Alexander in June....alexander himself is probably a bit disappointed with this news. He'd surely be wanting to redeem himself against Corbs

Will Tomane be fit? he looked like a real weapon against the Argies.

My team for the England match Robbo Moore Kepu Horwill Simmons Fardy Hooper Mowen Genia Cooper Tomane To'omua Kuridrani AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) Folau TPN, Slipper, Alexander, Timani, Gill, White, Lealiifano, Cummins/Betham (toss a coin). England will look to the scrum first and foremost as a place to gain some...

You're either not watching all the game or you're memory is failing you. There has been a handful since 2005. In fact I'd say probably on average 1 game each year on tour where we are put under immense pressure at scrum time. Not destroyed but certainly dominated. The problem seems to be less...

All Blacks v Wallabies, Dunedin, 19th October 2013

I'd like to see a horses for course approach to the scrums. If we're lining up against Wales, Italy or England I think you go for your strongest scrum even if that means sacrificing a bit of mobility. Against the Blacks I think you need your front row making a significant impact around the...

To be honest, i think we should just forget about JOC (James O'Connor) for the time being. we've seen an improvement already of the attitude of the players with the likes of O'Connor and Beale gone. JOC (James O'Connor), like Cooper, should be made to work hard to get a spot back in the 23. Cooper appears to have gone away...

haha. are you referring to Deans' comments after we lost 22-nil? In that context Deans deserved to be criticised

All Blacks v Wallabies, Dunedin, 19th October 2013

This basically echos my above comments about Hooper. I think weneed someone like Pocock (or even Gill) that is going to put more pressure on at the breakdown and not just hitting the ball up in the backline. Also I did notice what you're referring to. The most obvious one was were Kieran Read...

Just my immediate observation from reading the most recent comments. Some of the kiwi fans appear to be trying to stamp out whatever confidence wallabies fans have in our national team. Raining on our parade if you will. its not always about winning, but how you play the game. that's precisely...

All Blacks v Wallabies, Dunedin, 19th October 2013

I think the Wallabies fans are just happy with the play they saw from the wallabies, rather than the result. It's something that Kiwi fans really cant relate to because youve been spoiled having had the best team in world rugby for so long. Always nice to see the amount of kiwi fans that have...

All Blacks v Wallabies, Dunedin, 19th October 2013

fun game to watch. Cant remember the last time the wallabies looked so dangerous in attack against the blacks. Link appears to be slowly re-programming a team that was so one dimensional under Deans. The result is disappointing but I think the positives out-way the negatives. The Wallabies...

All Blacks v Wallabies, Dunedin, 19th October 2013

the unforced errors seem to be the main difference between the teams. fun game to watch so far tho. NZ are playing some great rugby and the Wallabies have certainly had their moments. just need to cut down the unforced errors
