That was very similiar to Foote’s comments after the game. Unhappy with the Rebels game management - trying to do too much at their end - and their breakdown work, both in attack and defence. That and their set price.

The only caveat is add to that Dru is that round 1 form can be a poor reflection of the actual season. Plenty of teams have looked like crocks at the start only to find their groove 3-4 games in. I think the Force in particular can be expected to build over the season as their halves...

He came on part way through the second half from memory. Wright, McReight & Wilson played the first half but McReight had to go to the bench when Zander got binned and he clearly wasn’t happy about it.

It’s obviously the coaching plan for him to play there so it is the coaching staff you’ll need to put a call in to. For what it’s worth I think he does fine in the wide channels.

Yeah - I thought he really looked sharp. First time I’ve seen him live, but seems to have added some size too which will help.

You’d have to assume they’ll go in a bit underprepared - but then I’ve been reaching a lot of bad reports about an extensive injury list for the Rebels. Squad depth might get an early test.
