I wouldn't say evil... Dumb... delusional... dopey... daft?

Having no NRC is better how?

It literally destroyed the game in Australia? So, the game of Rugby Union no longer exists in this country? Damn, and that whole time the plan was just to destroy Sydney club rugby…

It does somewhat vindicate both JOC (James O'Connor) and Lolesio a bit... Some snippets:

Wallabies v Ireland, Sun 20th Nov 7am AEDT

I’d say he’s taken enough lineouts this year, particular jumping at the back, to be considered a legitimate 3rd/4th option…

    If they're going with: 4. Frost/Swain/Neville 5. Skelton 6. Holloway 8. Valetini 19. Frost/Swain/Neville 20. Samu You've got plenty of lineout options IMO.

    Refereeing decisions

I'm also curious as to whether we're seeing more players penalised recently for tackling players without the ball because of this....

    World Rugby Awards 2022

I wonder if we'll see much of Toole at the Brumbies next year?

Wallabies v Ireland, Sun 20th Nov 7am AEDT

    Team wise, I assume the starting lineup will be fairly straightforward (I'll take liberties with the bench)... 1. Slipper 2. Porecki 3. Tupou 4. Frost/Swain 5. Skelton 6. Holloway 7. Hooper 8. Valetini 9. White 10. Foley 11. Wright 12. Paisami 13. Ikitau 14. Kellaway 15. Campbell 16. Fainga'a...

Wright is seemingly undroppable... And Paisami is very, very lucky that there's no competition for his spot with Kerevi, Foketi and Simone not available.

His discipline for the Wobs this year has been disappointing, but an outlier on his career... and I don't actually recall what he should've been carded for on the weekend? But if he keeps clean over the next year he's a certainty for the RWC squad. I still have doubts over many of our lock...

Wallabies v Italy, Florence, Sun 13th Nov 12am AEDT

Nah, Swain was one of our best on the weekend and is still possibly up there in our best 23... the inconsistency from our pool of locks hasn't got us any closer as to who will go to the RWC next year. If Frost is still injured I would definitely start Swain with Skelton again for Ireland.

If that was the best Wallabies backline outside him, we've got bigger issues...

I visualise a Queanbeyan diner, where Matt Giteau sits in a booth with Dan McKellar secretly running Australian rugby while struggling to get through the surf and turf… Is this an accurate portrayal of what is running through your imagination?
