Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

What was White doing kicking that pen quickly and not getting even close to touch. You'd think it was the Brumbies who needed two scores.

Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

That pen should be just enough to seal the win for the Brumbies 28-17 now, 7 minutes to go.

Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

Force over again, Brumbies are in really danger of losing this one now.

Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

One thing Sharpie has always had a problem with is going on his own and getting issolated, Paul O'Connell has been the same too. They're the type that like to lead from the front but sometimes they just get too far out in front.

Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

3 Points from the pen there just helping to steady the ship for the Brumbies. 25-10 up with 23 minutes to go, they should see this one out, but the Force are all over them this half.

Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

Cummins in again for the Force, they really don't want Ash to leave this thread!

Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

Force in at the start of the 2nd half. If the Brumbies came out thinking they had this one in the bag we could be in for a hell of a 2nd 40.

Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

Stupid decision to go quickly by the Force there, should have got something on the board and given themselves something to build on. They might be 4 tries to nil down but 19 points wouldn't have been impossible to pull back in the 2nd 40. Though if they play the way they have in the first half...

Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

Bonus point tied up just before half time. Brumbies aren't going to role over and let the Reds take the Aus conference. Force need to get their new coach in ASAP so they can sort things out for next year.

Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

Better last 10 minutes for the Force. They're making the Brumbies work harder for their territory and defence has been better. Now if they could only stop kicking the ball away at every opportunity we might just have a game here.

Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

The Force finally get a bit of ball, some nice offloading kept it going until Holmes decided to offload to a Brumbies player.

    Rugby - not set pieces

The scarier scenario is that he didn't have his cards in the first half either and only noticed 5 minutes into the 2nd half. Unless he changed his shorts at half time I don't know why he'd take them out at half time.

Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

Force really need to dig in for the next 15-20 minutes and start to work their way back into the game or the Brumbies will have a bonus point win sewn up before half time.

Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

Coleman almost stumbled over for a try there. Almost looked like it was in slow motion.

Force v. Brumbies: Super Rugby Wk 16

Canes win against the Saders has ratcheted the pressure on the Brumbies up another notch. Need a win in this one by any means possible.

    Crusaders vs Hurricanes

Pen is short and Canes win. Chiefs just need a losing bonus point next week to tie up the NZ conference. Reds & Brumbies are back to battling for 1 spot in the finals, but that could change again next week.

    Crusaders vs Hurricanes

Saders won a pen in the last minute from probably the most important scrum in S15 so far this year.

    Crusaders vs Hurricanes

Great finish to this one, Canes ahead by 1 with 3 minutes left. Taylor just missed a difficult kick out wide for the Saders. If it stays like this it's bad news for the Reds and Brumbies.

    Crusaders vs Hurricanes

Coles throwing in at the lineout made Matthew Rees' efforts against the Wallabies look like pin point accuracy. At one point in the first half, after he'd thrown a particularly crooked one, the commentator said something along the lines "if that one had kept going it would have ended up at the...

    Crusaders vs Hurricanes

Yes, Crusaders have been very strong in the scrum and at the break down. But the Canes have been able to stay with them so far, although if Taylor was a bit more accurate with the boot them might be clear by now. Can't believe Smith's 1st try wasn't a pen to the Saders as Savea clearly...
