It's hard to keep the ball when your 9/10/12 put in poorly executed short kicks, or just poorly executed kicks in general. At some stages of the last Bok game we actually held onto the ball for long periods of time, but we just did nothing with it - even when getting over the advantage line...

The stories posted previously said that the Reds thought they had Owen sewn up, so they let Anae leave. Then Owen leaving sorta surprised them, so they are a bit unprepared. It's a shame Owen was gone, as he looked to be a solid scrummager (not so much around the park, though).

I thought that Saia was better than Hanson this year at all set pieces, including scrums.

The best THP in the Qld NRC teams outside of Holmes has been Faagase I think, and out of Kite, Talaki and co, he's the smallest by far. If Holmes is out, our scrum is screwed next year.
