    Waratahs vs Force - Super Rugby R7 2013 - Sunday 31st March

I think 9 points isn't out of the question, 5 v Force and we certainly shoudn't fear going to the Canes. Looking at our fixtures down the line if we can get LBP in Pretoria and Christchurch, and a win against the Kings we could make a late (injury permitting) run for the wildcard playoffs given...

    Waratahs 2014

I'd keep Mitchell and Betham, letting the other two go given if KB (Kurtley Beale) and Folau both sign they'll be first choice 15 and 14. Also letting Turner and Kingston go would probably give enough $ to keep Izzy.

    Lions Tour 2013

I dont actually mind Poites refereeing at scrum time, you know exactly what you are going to get. Whoever is going forward wins a penalty, he doesn't care about whether you're illegal or not so just do whatever you have to and go forward. Its cheating on one hand but it is also smart ref...

    Waratahs 2014

Mouth watering backline if it comes together. Horne may be the answer at 12 but we need more performances like Sundays. Re Beale, I've said before if the Tahs are going to touch him they need very strict conditions regarding drinking etc written into his contract. I'd have to agree with the...

    Waratahs 2014

I got that impression too, obviously if he gets a massive offer of euro it could all change but at this stage seems Mitchell could be leaning towards staying.

    Waratahs vs Force - Super Rugby R7 2013 - Sunday 31st March

Its funny Braveheart81 the crowd I've been going to the game with are in the same position, none can go this weekend, although I don't think they're as far away from a pub as yourself. I've got a feeling it won't be a great attendance at all on Sunday.

    Waratahs vs Force - Super Rugby R7 2013 - Sunday 31st March

Reports in the paper today suggesting TPN is likely to be fit. Would be a massive boost to our pack if its true

    Waratahs 2014

Cheika in todays SMH says that he wants to tie down players in the roster before he goes shopping for others ie Beale. Also seems confident that Izzy will stay. http://www.smh.com.au/rugby-union/union-news/fittler-backs-beale-to-make-it-in-nrl-but-tahs-loom-large-20130326-2gs8j.html

    Waratahs vs Force - Super Rugby R7 2013 - Sunday 31st March

I think the Tahs will remain unchanged unless TPN and Palu are back. If our forwards can give us an 80 minute performance we have enough firepower to win this one, I've got a feeling that in the next few weeks we are going to cut loose and really give someone a beating that said I dont think it...

    Rugby Bucket List

I think Japan 2019 could be a great RWC to go to, not so pushed on England in 2015 though, too many soulless soccer stadia being used. Some of which have been the worst I've had to endure to see a game of rugby.

    RBS 6 Nations 2013

Still not convinced by Hogg, a few interceptions and half decent performances against some seriously average teams isn't a superstar in the making. Reminds me a bit of Ugo Monye 4 years ago, a few impressive carries in open play, got championed into Lions selection and cost the Lions the first...

Ewen McKenzie - Life after the Reds

Reading the Irish Sunday papers it seemed the IRFU were still deciding whether to sack Kidney or not until after the Italy game, and shockingly enough had no plan in place if they did. Kidney was apparently let go last Wednesday and they are going to appoint Kiss to look after the summer tour...

    Sydney Subbies 2013

Sydney Irish lost their last trial 2-1 on Saturday, there were no posts at the ground so only tries counted. Speaking to a few of the players they seem happy with how things are progressing, a lot of combinations are coming together etc. First home game is in Coogee on the 13th, they're hoping...

Waratahs Blues Sunday 24th March, SFS

It was a huge hit, cant get more textbook than that. Although in saying that was a bit disapointed Foley didn't try to flick the ball on, we had a 4 on 1 if he could get rid of the ball and it was a certain try. Seemed like he saw the hit coming and froze (as I would in fairness!).

    Waratahs 2014

KB (Kurtley Beale) would certainly add a lot to the Tahs on the field, but when you have a new coach trying to build a new culture in the organization is he the kind of character you'd want around? If it were up to me I'd only sign him a contract with various stipulations regarding his off field behaviour, i.e...

    Rugby Bucket List

A tour of Argentina is the highest on mine, closely followed by a tour of Safferland.

    Lions Tour 2013

POC is a class above any lock available to the Lions and is a natural leader. Wazza could do worse than choose him as captain, although it mightn't be the best choice for POCs career long term. His game time needs to be managed very smartly by Munster and Ireland to stop him breaking again

Waratahs Blues Sunday 24th March, SFS

Foley, Folau and Dennis really impressed me. Foley varied his game really well and held his nerve for the crucial kick at the end. Izzy looks like he is really growing into the game by game and is at the heart of most good things we do in attack, but he really should have scored from the break...

    Waratahs 2014

Great idea if it works properly. If it doesnt the last thing you want is constantly getting up and down letting the food delivery bloke into your aisle, as someone who sits on the end of a block it could get annoying very quickly.

Waratahs Blues Sunday 24th March, SFS

The pack need to rack up the intensity this week. If the Blues et anywhere near parity up front they'll tear us to shreds given the form their backs are in. Looking for big games from the back row, they've yet to really dominate anyone this year. McKibben needs a good game this week, he has...
