Well I’m thinking Trev, bit it’s remarkable that AI can identify Gear’s surname from his first name!

I know what you are saying and agree to an extent....hopefully the Roosters heavies are Phil Gould disciples haha

    Wallabies 2023

I won't be surprised if he's in rugby in 2024 - Roosters will probably be happy to release him and invest the cap in players that are going to stick around, and Tahs/RA get him a bit cheaper for the first year.

Brumbies v Waratahs, Sat 1st April, GIO

I don't think it's Hooper's situation per se, they said in the broadcast on Friday there was only one squad member either not selected or not injured. So unless he's a 7 then it's pretty understandable, I'm sure Hoops will sit out the required number of games.

I think let him take the same path as JS, i.e. prove himself against men, assess his strengths and weaknesses, and if appropriate make an offer.

doesn't worry me in the slightest, do as you will

Brumbies v Waratahs, Sat 1st April, GIO

The answer is in your question. He should be OK if he didn't need a HIA at the time you'd think? Might see him in a scrum cap maybe though.

Brumbies v Waratahs, Sat 1st April, GIO

Ripping the bandaid off as a Tahs fan - unfortunately no high profile returns from the injury ward I don't think, suspect we will field a largely similar 23 to that v the Chiefs. Brumbies will no doubt look a fair bit different to the side they sent out against the 'Saders.

    Wallabies 2023

On the current trajectory it's likely to be none of the above getting featured in France. Gordon and Lolesio would surely be ahead of both of them and us Tahs tragics are hanging out hope on Will Harrison.

Australian Super Rugby Team of the Week 2023

Not a criticism, but one missing is Angelo Smith - played U20's for Fiji so I assume he has to do the 5 year thing?

Well done on that, it's a mountain of work.

    Wallabies 2023

I wouldn't be surprised if one of the things that kept Jorgensen in the game was the prospect of playing in a backline with Sua'ali'i at the Tahs and/or Wallabies

Round Five: Waratahs vs Chiefs Friday 7:30 pm

It needs some tinkering but we aren't too far off the pace, as always execution is our main downfall. The Rebels showed last night that they aren't easybeats, and our other losses are to the top 3 teams in the competition. I use the For & Against to rank the teams rather than the competition...

    Rebels v Reds 25/03 @ AAMI

That's a professional look for poms.
  20. KOB1987

    Rebels v Reds 25/03 @ AAMI

A bit of sarcasm there I think, and my read on it was he was merely deflecting the real question which was whether or not he's in his calculations. Eddie likes his players to look like professionals.
