Round 12 Premier Division – Walsh and Blair Cup CSU (2) v RARC (6) From all reports CSU played a hard fought game against Tahs last weekend, with the score changing 3 times in the second half of the match. RARC will be keen to show that they are not making up the numbers in Premier Division...

    Brumbies 2012

I agree Slim, these signings and losing Salvi are positives. LG has some good points too, it's definitely a good thing to be signing more forwards (particularly tight five) as loosies and backs are easier to come by in Australia. I wouldn't have any drama's with the 17/13 split.

    Brumbies 2012

I don't rate Ben Hand very highly. Like you say, he's working, but not at the level that you would expect. Tight five players need that ability to absolutely smash players at the breakdown and in defence while maintaining all the set-piece skills associated with their respective positions. I...

    Brumbies 2012

I agree Slim, the backrow stocks are good, but the tight five is where the Brumbies need to recruit, keeping Kimlin is a must as he is someone who i think will really become a centrepiece of a solid forward pack.

    Cipriani

I think Damien Hill will get the best out of Cipriani. Hill has the skills to keep his charges in line and i think that will be the case for next year.
