    Where to for Super Rugby?

So if this is true, cutting the Force is dependant on SA agreeing to cut two teams. Just how likely are SA to agree to that? And they don't, what then? My great hope from this massive clusterfuck is SA refuse to cut two teams, AUS and NZ refuse to continue the current shitshow, SA are left to...

Wales vs Australia, 5 November 2016, (1:30am 6 November AEDT) @ Millenium Stadium

Very true. He's got the right idea though - quick picks early and motor through them. I haven't seen us be good at that in a looooong time. Plenty to work on but shit he's promising.

I've been pleasantly surprised at how good Timani has been so early in his international career. Thought he was excellent last night doing the tough runs in tight. I hope they stick with him at 8 for this Wales match. Really keen to see him develop more during the Spring Tour.

New Zealand v Wallabies, Eden Park, Sat 22nd October

Good luck stopping The Bus cuz! Unless he's slightly jostled shoulder to shoulder and he throws his hands to the heavens. But usually, BEASTMODE!

According to Dan54 though this is just further poor sportsmanship. Despite it not just being an Australian reaction, but a global one.

New Zealand v Wallabies, Eden Park, Sat 22nd October

Correct. Also telling is that it's far from just Australians who are upset at the decision. Prominent U.K. sports scribes, former South African international rugby referees etc etc.

Gotta maintain the status quo and keep that global AB marketing behemoth humming along I guess. Amazing that the Wallabies had the temerity the challenge the ABs in their own back yard. Lucky Veldsman and co were there to bring a bit of sanity to proceedings.

Wallabies v England in Melbourne, 18 June

What are the odds of Cheika starting Palu at 8, then subbing him for McMahon after 40-50?

    England is coming!

^ Yep, agreed. I bought some a couple of weeks back and many of those areas were sold out. Some were still available but only for one or two scattered seats.

    Ideas for Australian Rugby Union

Also, just a side note on us as fans. While union is hot let's make the most of it. Drag people along to games while they're still interested. On all levels - Wallabies, Super Rugby and, really importantly, the NRC. Buy Wallabies jerseys and gear for Christmas gifts. My Dad will sure as shit be...

    Ideas for Australian Rugby Union

This is the single biggest issue I feel. The amount of talent going straight into league (many of them originally schoolboy union stars just looking for an opportunity) is killing us. Also, league promotes a size and skill level that is very similar. Other than halfback and prop, the...

    The Wallabies Thread

I'll put my hand up and say I was one of many who laughed at Bob Dwyer's suggestion of playing Beale on the wing. But now, after the world cup he's just had, I'm not so sure it's such a bad idea. (This is of course assuming the Folau-to-13-Beale-to-15 thing doesn't happen).

Oh I know. Nothing in that at all. More of a joking reference to his clearing out technique.

Kind of nice to see him use his arms for once tbh.

Geez I think losing Douglas at the 15 minute mark was massive. He's almost been my fav player of the tournament.

It wouldn't be a Wallabies discussion with Dewald's trolling input. Best to ignore.

RWC 2015 Final - Australia v New Zealand, Twickenham, Sunday 1 November, 3:00 AEDT

The famously humble AB supporters are flying into the Wallabies Facebook page sinking the boot in. Time for bed I think. Well done to the many good AB fans here and at the pub tonight.

RWC 2015 Final - Australia v New Zealand, Twickenham, Sunday 1 November, 3:00 AEDT

Better team won. However, when you're playing the best team in the world, those few rubbish calls turn a slim chance into no chance. I'm proud as fuck at the way our boys turned it on in the second half.
