    2011 World XV

Yeah, I agree, all the Australian players are awesome or developing to be awesome. All are on the way up and up and up...

    2011 World XV

Pocock is not a sure thing against Brussow from the Boks.

Cooper - Good or Great rugby player - discuss.

I am thinking the more "complete" 1st fives than just mainly kickers (Fox) or runners (Spencer). That is why I put a question mark next to Wilkinson. I think Fox had an armchair ride behind mainly dominant AB packs - couldn't tackle and rarely ran. Superb tactician and even better goal-kicker...

Cooper - Good or Great rugby player - discuss.

Cooper is a 10. To be considered "great", he should be compared to other 10s. IMO - great 10s are Ella, Lynagh, Wilkinson?, Carter, and Larkham. I don't feel, whichever way you cut, is anywhere near any of these players - yet How will he improve his defence? I can't see it happening.

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

Point taken on Woodcock. Scarfman didn't say France weren't crap. He said they "played well". I agree they weren't crap, but they certainly didn't play well. France are a better side than what was seen last night. To suggest they played well really underestimates them. The ABs are not 20...

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

I generally prefer the scoreboard over stats, but that's just me.

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

There you go again stereotyping NZ fans. May I suggest you watch the game again. I just think your verdict that France played well is wrong. I gave reasons - i.e., their poor defence and lack of impact at collisions. The All Blacks played far better than France. I think I am right - hint -...

    Robbie Deans

Geez, what a weirdo. He really seems to believe this stuff. I thought guys down in the South Island weren't given to mystical insights. Did Robbie spend time in an Indian ashram when he was young?

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

France did not play well. Their defence was pathetic and they lost the collisions. But yeah...if you are comparing them the recent Aussie efforts....I guess you could say France are world-beaters.

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

Wow! Give credit much. You say France played well???? Did you look at the scoreboard? They were munched.

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

How long since the Wobblies have won at Eden Park?

    RWC - New Zealand v France - 24th September

We got a couple of scrum penalties in the first half, they got a couple in the second. Generally, the Frogs were going backwards.

    RWC - Wallabies v Ireland - 17th September 2011

Great analysis, except you will face the Boks in the quarters, not the semis. If you win that, you will probably face the All Blacks in the semis.

    Perhaps you guys choked?

    RWC - Wallabies v Ireland - 17th September 2011

Gezz. You sure you're an Irish supporter? Moan much?

    RWC - Wallabies v Ireland - 17th September 2011

What makes you think you will beat an improving SA side in the quarters? Don't worry about the ABs.
  17. FrankLind

The Kiwis are rigging the World Cup so they can win.

But Dan Carter kicked badly against Tonga. Or that all part of the conspiracy??
  18. FrankLind

Who do the neutrals (non Wallaby/All Black supporters) want to see winning?

Total bullshit. I think the Wallabies with home advantage and an improved side are equal favorites.

    Tri Nations Game 6 - Wallabies vs All Blacks - Saturday 27 August 2011 - 3N2011

I think you are wrong about Weepu. He is the form halfback. He will not just be used for 20 minutes for the sake of impact. Agree with you about Ali Williams. I prefer Boric if he can get up to speed in the pool games.

    All Black World Cup Squad

The ABs have multiple line-out options, with Kaino and Read frequently being used. Henry and co. have done the video analysis on each lock, cut them a bit of slack.
