    Sharks v Reds Rnd 5 2014

I didn't realize the Reds were coming last in the comp. After reading the above it must be so.

    Reds vs Cheetahs, Rnd 4.

RH, As this is not a court case, I have no intention of going further into a dissertation as to the forecasting of Suncorp numbers for the Super 15 season. Suffice to say ' a swallow a summer doth not make'. Translation: The attendance to the first home game does not transmute to reliable...

    Reds vs Cheetahs, Rnd 4.

Just a few facts that might have effected those previous crowd numbers:- In 2012 the Reds V Stormers game was not until Round 9. on 20th April. Up until then the Stormers had only lost one game to the Crusaders (24 - 31 in NZ. & the Reds had lost 3 games (one against the Bulls 8 - 61). So...

    Reds vs Cheetahs, Rnd 4.

It can be almost impossible to defend against an intercept when your No 15 is in the line and it is full on attack for a try. If that intercept hadn't of taken place then the chances are the Reds would have scored. is often the way with intercepts.

Its what happens when you drink rum. You get all elated before the start of the game, but the brain processes from the rum fumes make you mean & nasty by full time:mad:

It's a bit like any work force, be it blue or white collar or professionals - everyone has to start somewhere and be at the bottom of the heap

    Reds 2014

You'll be by yourself - the Reds are in South Africa for a fortnight's holiday after Friday night's game.

But the angst is needed. If we just smiled and said all's well, then are we true supporters/believers of the Reds. There is no point in denying what took place hurt the fans, not to mention the players. But without angst, then there won't be jubilation when the wins occur.

Possibly because there was little for him to feed off owing to a benigh forward pack going backwards. If Gill had been in Hooper's spot for the Waratahs & vice versa, I wonder how he'd have looked then.

Thanks for the heads up on the Lions, Scoey (maybe:)). I've actually gone for the 7.5 lead by the Lions (paying $5.50). But hey, no sheep stations involved here. Really just to cover my Reds bet if the unimaginable happens. And if they both lose? I wonder if Queen Street can support another...

    Reds 2014

Fantastic odds of $2.75 for a Reds win tonight. I've had a little dabble. I figure I'd be more pissed off with them losing tonight anyway than be fretting about the lost money (but I am confident). It seems to me what a lot of people have forgotten from last week-end was that the Brumbies were a...

A pink ball carrying Heeler. A bit of Blue, a bit of Red. (It really is a long week, isn't it?)

    Waratahs vs Reds - R3 2014

Well Braveheart, it all comes down to the performance on the day. Reds fans don't need to troll, as we sense another win against the Blues in the air, like last year, and the year before, and the year before that, and the year........................

    Waratahs vs Reds - R3 2014

So one missed tackle and a scrum defeat with a prop serving yellow card time - I'll take that any day of the week. Actually, I thought the Blues defence was a bit brittle.

So there were the troopers riding their ponies into the gorge, and Colonel Stephen (Custer) Larkham saying, "I can smell Red indian shit", just before the massacre.

    Reds 2014

There has been a lot of conjecture over who will be the Reds pairing for the centres. I think CFS has been groomed for the 13. You keep hearing about his potential, but I think the 'powers that be' have decided now is the time he delivered. Athletically he has the goods, and his being in the...
