Wallabies v Wales: Name Your Best XV

Umm no I notice all aspects of a players game, and not once have I elluded to him playing poorly, but he is nowhere near International level. If you're resorting to calling Higginbotham a "long haired gaul" I'm goin to ignore you're comments, considering you a resorting to calling a player names...

Wallabies v Wales: Name Your Best XV

I wouldn't mind seeing him at 13 this year. Gives O'Connor and Barnes a straight running options in a wider channel, instead of the predictable straight running from last year. Whilst I think Tapuai has been playing better this year, McCabe is needed to add some defensive staunch in the midfield.

Wallabies v Wales: Name Your Best XV

Okay one thing on Ben Mowen, he has not been playing as good as everyone makes out he is. I really don't think he has done anything htat warrants being a contender for the 6/8 spots, especially when you have Palu and Higginbotham playing the house down. Yes he should be in the squad, but you...

Highlanders vs Stormers, Forsyth Barr Stadium, Dunedin

Favourites by a mile so far, can not see any side get through that defence. Unless the Crusaders start to click, no one will beat the Stormers.

Wallabies v Wales: Name Your Best XV

    There are some strange selections here, I agree with Cyclo and qwerty aswell. 1- Robinson 2- Moore 3- Slipper 4- Sharpe 5- Horwill 6- Higginbotham 7- Pocock 8- Palu 9- Genia 10- O'Connor 11- Ioane 12- Barnes 13- Tapuai/McCabe 14- Ashley-Cooper 15- Beale Bench: Hanson, Kepu, Pyle...

    Reds v Brumbies - Super Rugby Round 7 2012

Would of been Nic White, got a big boot on him.

    Reds v Brumbies - Super Rugby Round 7 2012

My thoughts on the Reds last night Front Rowers: Daley was suprisingly good last night, given his recent run of poor form, even his scrummaging was solid against a renowned front row bully in Palmer. Slipper was a bit quiet but still decent, Alexander started to get over him at the scrums later...

    Reds v Brumbies - Super Rugby Round 7 2012

Has Quirk over taken Samo in the pecking order? Higginbotham was brilliant again, consistantly awesome.

Highlanders vs Stormers, Forsyth Barr Stadium, Dunedin

This will be a true test of where the Stormers are as genuine favourites. They have the team to do it, I'm backing them in a close one.

    Reds v Brumbies - Super Rugby Round 7 2012

To be honest, I think he made the Hooper out of spite of how much we listen to you lot go on about him being the next Pocock. Yeh he is a good player, being a standout in 3 matches doesn't make you a superstar. Come back to me at the end of the season then I'll tell you if he deserves the hype.

Rebels v Blues, Round 7 2012, AAMI Park

Really enjoyed the last 30 minutes or so of the match last night, Rebels are my second favourite side by a country mile right now. Just a few notes on my take of the game. Bryce can be very over pedantic at scrum time, but I thought tonight was justifable on some level. In the first half the...

    Reds v Brumbies - Super Rugby Round 7 2012

Agree Penguin, and yes I do also have a strong anti-Brothers bias, but he was shithouse, and did not show any promise whatsoever, in any aspect of his game. Matt Brandon (Easts) or James Ambrosini (Uni) would of been better options.

Rebels v Blues, Round 7 2012, AAMI Park

Luke Jones and Hugh Pyle are machines. Such a high workrate for both of them. Both extreme talents, can see them in Wallaby squads for years to come.

    Reds v Brumbies - Super Rugby Round 7 2012

He has played alot at 6 though, or alternatively put Vaea at 6. I'm just interested to see how the battle of the flankers plays out. With Kimlin and Vaea blast the Reds flankers off the ball, or will Gilly and Beau have the edge for being quicker and better on the ball.
