Anyone else think Gill is playing well enough to be starting at 7 no matter what side we are playing? Nothing against Robinson, but Liam is a talent and a future (near) Wallaby, yet he doesn't start every week when he clearly is good enough. I'd be just a wee bit pissed off if I was him.

Definatly seems they wanted to play the other top sides in their trials, in comparison to Easts who played last years strugglers. Should be interesting, GPS are my darkhorse pick for this season.

Are there many more trials this weekend? I know Easts have the week off. Anyone seen Brothers, GPS or Sunnybank play? Are they looking to be top contenders again?

We are always the last Australian side to announce out weekly line-up, it annoys me.

Hopefully Link see's it this way aswell. Defensivley Toua is better then Davies and Morahan, and offers more in attack then Morahan and is more agile and smart attacking wise then Davies. He's also a specialist 15, unlike those two.

I haven't seen any pre-season games this year, but I assume it would be Blake Enever and Greg Riley (if he is still running around), with Michael Stollberg on the bench.

Gill was offered a large contract by the Rebels right before he re-signed last year, mostly due to the fact he wanted to play under McKenzie.
