He is one of those point scoring players. While he has become tougher with age, defence still isn't his strong point. There are often many points scored on both sides in games that he plays.

I'm not sure how you can pick Healy. Healy had a good game against the weak Australian scrum but then lost his battle with his Welsh opponent and then missed the tackle that sealed the game against Wales. I'd have Woodcock and Steenkamp amongst others before Healy.

None of these 10 RWC referees are retiring post RWC but Mark Lawrence has retired from Tests (and will probably do 1 more Super rugby season) and Stu Dickinson has retired from all refereeing. Having said that, I would think it would be the last RWC for Kaplan, B.Lawrence and Rolland.
