Force v Hurricanes Super Rugby 2015 Rnd 3

He'll play them every game, then by the WC he'll blast that damned Tahs coach for running his players into the ground.

Highlanders v Reds Super Rugby 2015 Rnd 3

If the Reds contain the Smiths and Fekitoa, I think they could grind out a win. Definitely not the strongest Clan side, so we do have a chance of picking them off.

Karmichael Hunt charged with cocaine supply.

This rant sums it up for me politically. Fitzgerald apparently is mightily pissed off, and so he should be. Newman successfully, and rather stealthily, took apart a corruption watchdog that the public strongly supported originally formed from the whole Joh mess. Funnily enough, the federal...

Wallaby 31 players for 2015 RWC

Pretty sure they were over the reserve Reds front row, can't recall any dominance against the starting Reds front row though. Could just be my recollections though, as I can recall the Reds being dominated in most other facets of the game, the worst of all was the ruck contest.

The big dog! Super rugby journey man. At least he had Super Rugby experience at the Force and Blues, I think. The name of the poor prop Eddie Jones told to take a dive keeps slipping through my mind as well. Warren?

The Lions game would be just over 8 weeks since Quade did his shoulder. The injury was reportedly 8 - 10 weeks, I think. There has been talk that Quade might come back earlier, but I doubt it, as the week before is a bye, and the week before that is the Brumbies and just 6 weeks after a plate...

HSBC Sevens World Series 2014/14 - Round 5 - Las Vegas

Sydney I could imagine a good crowd as a once off, but as a regular event I think it'd struggle. Same for Brisbane.

Brad Thorn was about 192cm, but the guy was a freak and a workaholic. Brad Thorn may be the exception, but smaller locks can prosper at international level.

I think Turner's biggest issue (outside of injuries) has been his inability to beat a man outside of sheer pace, which I suspect he doesn't have anymore. Hence why I was so pleasantly surprised when he bumped off Morahan to score vs the Force. Turner doesn't really possess a dangerous step or...

Unfortunately not true, and there's history to back that up. You don't want to be exposing young or not ready props to this level. To prove this, here's a pop quiz: can you name any of the third string and lower props who played for the Reds in 2007 after their prop injury crisis? At one...

HSBC Sevens World Series 2014/14 - Round 5 - Las Vegas

Maybe moving back to Adelaide, or even Melbourne? Those would be two of my choices. I guess Brisbane might pull in a crowd, maybe. Don't think it'd get a big enough of a crowd in Sydney, and not a chance in Canberra.

In the long kicking game, particularly in the first half, I thought that Ebersohn had us. He often found grass and pushed us back. Where we had them was the contested kicks, where the length and chase was good and it made it a real lottery.

Hunt won't be selected. http://www.smh.com.au/rugby-union/reds/drugs-scandal-karmichael-hunt-wont-be-selected-for-queensland-reds-game-against-highlanders-20150223-13m9i7.html Right move. Will be surprised if he isn't completely stood down.

I would also like to see McDuling and Horwill in the second row, with Kotze on the bench. Apart from that hope our pack is unchanged, but wouldn't mind seeing Paraka at some stage. I guess a likely backline is: 9. Genia 10. JOC (James O'Connor) 11. CFS 12. Ant 13. Kerevi 14. Kuridrani 15. Turner With a...

Yeah, looking forward to Paraka getting a chance. Faagase can also cover both sides of the scrum at a pinch. There's not a lot of choice for the Reds for their next prop, though. Hopefully Slipper or Daley pull up. We should definitely see JOC (James O'Connor) back this week. The Reds and RUPA want to...

    Reds 2015

Medial is generally a few weeks rest, depending on the grade. Has to be pretty damn bad for an op. Grade 1 is like 3 - 4 weeks I think, grade 2 like up to 8 or something. Guessing JOC (James O'Connor) had a grade 2, that would make sense with the timeline of him coming from France with a knock to his knee.t...

    Reds 2015

Yeah, Meehan is arguably even a weaker link than Graham right now. Biggest issues are: defensive structure, backline cohesion / lack of understanding and moves, incoherent game plans / game plans too hard to play to, ruck accuracy, discipline. The only positive is set piece, and that's...

Reds also did a bit better at the breakdown than the Force, which surprised me but as also important in their win. Reds defence still falls into a rabble at times
