Green and Gold: Which country sportsmen wear it first?

I hate the bloody colours! I would rather we were black, gold and red or something. I liked it when Mambo put the Olympic athletes in red.

Higgenbatty looks the most worse for wear. But he might just look like that. And it was nice of them to let that boy from the special school be in the pics. Hang on ... that's the Wallaby captain!

    Waratahs 2012

Yeah, all of that is true, but I'm thrilled that we're the first guys to get Foley as a head coach. He's been gagging for a head coaching job and I reckon he'll do us a lot of good. I'm back on board, Waratahs! :yay

SMH Best Wallabies of the modern era

Mortlock ahead of Little. Can't we get Ben Tune into 14? I would actually have Beale at 22. Cockbain and Wilson would push Sharpe and Poido as options. At hooker, TPN is probably not a bad option, although Foley and Moore are also close. Unlike Jeremy Paul.

    Wallabies world cup squad selection

My last involvement in this thread - changed captains too late, too many crocked players, too inexperienced. This side barely grasps the idea of game management never mind closing out the tight games. We've had 4 years of "development" and this side looks severely underdone. Robbie has made a...

    Wallabies world cup squad selection

I don't understand the "well done Robbie - tough decision maker" on the captaincy. Why not change captain PRIOR to the 3Ns? We were all saying it because it was bloody obvious.

    Wallabies world cup squad selection

There's that word again. Why not take Beau Robinson? Weird. As usual, in making Horwill captain, Mad Robbie is almost exactly 6 months behind the rest of us. And selecting so many crocked players? Barnes over Giteau? Weird.

So long and thanks for all the Gits

No fan of Giteau. Apart from sideways running, he seems to drag discord around wherever he goes. However, I would have probably found a spot for him. He can score a try on his own from anywhere inside the 22, and could be a handy gamebreaker. Seems odd for Deans to pick him over and over when we...

    Root for the Wallabies

Kiwis would actually pronounce sex "six".

    Deans confirmed until 2013

Perhaps we could permanently be building towards something and never win anything.

    Deans confirmed until 2013

The decline of the Saffers really makes us look better than we are. I feel that RSA and AUS have fallen back to roughly 6N standard. but we'll see about that, shortly. Don't mean to be a buzz killer, but I'm a bit off rugby at the moment. The way that the Waratahs and Wallabies are being...

    Wallabies world cup squad selection

Is everyone picking JOC (James O'Connor) at wing because you believe it's his best position or because you think that's what Mad Robbie will do? I still can't believe he hasn't be tried there. We have a huge problem in the centres and we don't try the guy who plays awesome footy at 10/12. Obtuse.

    Deans confirmed until 2013

I might have to organise a truck convey to converge on parliament house. Nothing seems to happen without one, it seems. What's Mark Arbib doing? Maybe he can get rid of Deans?

    Bitter? Bit him, too.

    My new video

Nah, that won't happen. Although, now you mention it, it does make me think that McCaw is turning rugby into soccer where games are decided by how much you get away with. ;)
