With 7's now an olympic sport I think the aru needs to lobby and support the government in implementing a barefoot version of the sport in every primary school in australia. They could select teams on weight and then play them off against the other local schools in small district competitions...

I think this is just a consistency issue. May I also add the attacking of the head/bending of neck tactics that are practised by some of the saffa super rugby teams are just as bad as any of these tackles, yet they often go unnoticed. I'd like to see the TMO involved more in these incidents.

I think we can all agree cooper is a better play than what he has shown us. He needs to work on certain parts of his game no doubt, but I am sure this whole experience will resonate with him, and in the long run he will be a better player because of it. I hope he sticks with rugby and come 2015...
